  1. You, my friend, nailed it! In this one post you went from good to a star yourself. Indeed, the development of these four, of at least two of the four to star status, is the key to improvement. I totally agree!
  2. You are so welcome! I feel we all did our 1/50th part. What a day.
  3. It truly is disappointing. Not sure what hurts more, no Ertz or not getting to 50 ???
  4. well, that is good news all-around 😆
  5. ASU has a sic CJ program.
  6. Winters = gone ????
  7. My vote: New Dome right beside Hammer's Lot.
  8. Yeah, our passing game sucks. Need help everywhere on offense, running, passing, play-calling, .... yada, yada, yada
  9. Watch out, pieces of the sky are falling all over western New York.
  10. Good for him. One of the saddest sagas in the NFL draft history--it gets brought up every year when talking about QBs at draft time (like how "wide right" is associated with Super Bowl field goal kicking). Can you imagine fighting personal demons and trying to live up to unfulfilled expectations before an unforgiving public eye? He's fought and won. Congratulations Ryan Leaf. Hard not to appreciate that.
  11. Glorious, another year of, "let's give Christian Wade a shot," posts. 🤪
  12. Control yourself.
  13. He would be a swing for the fences for any team at the end of the draft. If you hit it, you could have a future superstar. Or, you miss, and go on to the next pitch. The questions is, is there enough there to take the risk. His production is low, but the measurements are impressive. That's why we're even having this conversation. But is it enough? I do think the Bills are a team that could afford the gamble.
  14. 4.36 40 ... Former Basketball player but very raw in football. ... Shouldn't he be a Tight End ????
  15. Another smart signing. And who cannot root for this guy? If he does well, he'll be a cult hero and Bills role model for years to come.
  16. I like the idea of Slaton, or someone like him. Also, Earnest Jones: I think the Bills still need to improve at LB, at the least, LB depth.
  17. Pat Freiermuth is someone I would like to see the Bills draft. But for all the reasons expressed on this board, trading down to try and get him specifically is risky business. A better approach is to trade down, add picks, and then use them to trade back where they think he is worthy of being picked, if the desire is to draft a TE early. Also, it seems to me TE drafting in general is one of the hardest things to predict. It seems that many are taken high and do not turn out to be much. And then each year there is the obligatory college basketball power forward who is drafted low who turns out to be a decent player. I don't know, it just seems that TE drafting is crap shoot to draft. And for that, I'm always leery of picking one in round 1 or 2.
  18. That was very kind of them, Beane and McDermott are such nice guys.
  19. I was just thinking, here we are half way through March and no Christian Wade thread.
  20. Like my mother used to say when we broke something, “that’s why we can’t have nice thing.”
  21. Tell us what your really think.
  22. Well, that blows up the 46 pages on the Ertz thread. Welcome to Buffalo, Mr. Hollister. His stats
  23. Once he hears we signed Trubisky, he'll be on the next flight to Buffalo.
