  1. I was unfortunately in a skybox at Adelphia Coliseum and watched the whole thing unfold before my very eyes, Bills Fan since 1960, and with my son who has been a Bills fan his entire life.
  2. That crosser to Gabe was also a bit of redemption for #13, as he had some hands of stone on a couple of earlier throws. That being said we gave up 3 TD's and only scored two ourselves. Glad that Bass-o-Matic was having a career day.
  3. Browns are supposed to have one of the elite O-Lines in the league. That being said, we controlled Chubb, and despite missing 4 defensive starters, including our #1 and #3 corners, our MLB, , we still had a 3 score lead until giving up a couple of TD's in desperation time for the Browns.
  4. Kemp was very active in the community, probably with an eye to his later political career, he spoke at MANY HS awards banquets, Elks, Kiwanis, Rotary. He was also probably the master of the quarterback sneak in that era. He often would get those tough yards for a first down or TD behind Billy Shaw.
  5. I am truly amazed that NY didn't buzz down and say that Cousins got hit in the head on the sack.
  6. Pass rushers getting tackled and no call
  7. 3rd and 2, run the ball, if we get stuffed take the FG
  8. Knox play is the kinda stiff we should be mixing in.
  9. The over is looking pretty good right now.
  10. I noticed that we have a bunch of starters [including BOTH of our Right Tackles] on the injury report. Is this a change in training methods, or just the law of averages catching up to the Bills, who have been "relatively" healthy the past two seasons. Just wondering? Allen, Edmunds, Poyer, Rousseau, Brown, Elam, Jackson, Milano, Quessenberry all DNP or Limited and not on Vet Rest
  11. Hines top speed, if he is still as fast as the combine or college, is about 22.5 mph, just below Tyreek's 23.24. Hines apparently has reached 23.8 mph on a treadmill, but that's not in pads. Hoping he has good hands, Josh once again has a receiver who can run under the long ball.
  12. I am a bit concerned that the Jest's biggest strength, their D-line is matched up with our pedestrian O-line. Quessenberry will have to rise to the occasion. Josh may have to have his Houdini act in high gear. Diggs will be a good test for Sauce, but the Jets have three solid corners, and Davis & McKenzie will have tough matchups all day. Hopefully our O-line can get enough of a push to get Motor to the Jet's backers who are the weak link in their D. Their Offense is to put it kindly mediocre. Hopefully Phillips will atone for his stinker against GB. No Poyer leaves us exposed to the deep ball, if Z. Wilson has time, and G. Wilson and Elam should engage in the first of what is likely to be many encounters over the next few years. Hoping that Milano is well enough to be effective, he's our heat-seeking missile out there. I suspect the Jets will cover, and we can't afford to be looking ahead to Minny next week.
  13. Tre is 27 coming off an ACL, There are 3 cornerbacks above age 30 in the top group [Peterson at Minny, Gilmore at Indy and Slay at Philly]. Corners are a perishable commodity, good to have some fresh talent in the pipeline.
  14. The talking heads on Monday night were saying that they aren't making many NFL quality Left Tackles. Whitworth was proof that if you stay healthy you can play well into your 30's. We have a known commodity there, if we don't pay him, someone else will. His overall grade is brought down by his run blocking, he's a top 10 pass blocker.
  15. Including the three other AFC division leaders, the defending Super Bowl Champs, and Green Bay of the three successive 13 win seasons. That being said, their D-line will be a challenge for our O-line to at least give Josh some time to throw or do his escape act. Saleh is a highly regarded defensive coach who now has some pieces that will allow him to scheme.
  16. Yeah Josh runs past the DE #91, breaks that tackle and just flipped the ball to Knox 7 yards deep for the TD.
  17. Steve Job's widow has serious dinero & DC ties if Bezos takes a pass. She is already a 20% owner of the Caps and the Wizards.
  18. Only one of Josh's INT's cost us points, the throwaway that didn't get thrown far enough away at the GB 3. That cost us at least 3 if not 7. The other one was a back and forth in our own end when Milano picked off Rodgers after GB picked off Josh.
  19. The Jets have one of the most dominant D-Tackles in the league in Williams, lining up against Saffold, arguably our weakest link on the O-line. They also have 3 solid corners in Sauce, Reed and Carter. Diggs and Davis will have to have solid games against what seems to be a top Jets secondary. Without Hall, Jets offense is hot garbage, so this could be a low scoring affair.
  20. I am a bit concerned about how GB shredded our D-Line and LB's in the running game. Time of Possession was GB 34, Buf 26. Is this a blueprint for teams like Chicago and Cleveland with decent running games to give us a hard time? Just a thought
  21. Rest of Ravens schedule, other than Cinci in the last game of the year, are all games where they should be favored: @NO, Carolina, @Jax, Denver, @Pitt, @Cleve (w/ Watson), Atlanta, Pitt, @Cinci in week 18. Bills head to head win looks important re: playoff positions.
  22. Frazier found a way to deal with King Henry, No one else really has. Of course other than the Bills and possibly the Giants, Titans have had a REALLY easy Schedule, but aren't blowing teams out.
