Apparently so. Kincaid went OOB with a 9 yard gain, not 8. And the 3rd down play was half a yard short. Fortunately they converted on 4th. -

The Bills punt was caught by the Eagles on the 16, backing up. The refs posted the ball on the 18. Is this going to go on all game long? -

I've been wondering the same thing. He looked good last year. Does he just not have anything left? -
I like the creativity, but if the Eagles see their opponent subbing offensive linemen in for LBs, they can just shift out of the push formation into a regular formation and run a play. The defense will not have any LBs on the field, and will end up giving up a TD instead of a first down.

Why take the penalty for player downfield? Second and ten is usually better than first and fifteen.
