  1. The last preseason game is to figure out which of the players on the bubble to keep, and which ones to get rid of. Not much more. If they haven't figured it out by now, they won't by week 1. It's possible they do have it figured out but don't want to tip their hand, but we won't know until the ravens game.
  2. Man, what are they going to find when they examine his brain after he dies.
  3. This is still preseason, they can "flip flop" as much as they want still. But that being said, in the "dress rehearsal" preseason game 3 you tend to see the week 1 starters play the first half and maybe a series or two into the second half. So for the "start Allen" crowd, this is very good news. However, with the news that McCarron does not have a fracture means he could still be considered, even though he likely won't play at all Sunday. We'll know when McCoach wants us to know and not before
  4. I wouldn't call it a quick release. Seems like he has the arm strength to throw the ball 100 yards while flatfooted, and looks big enough to take a good hit and stay upright, but nothing about him looks quick to me. Someone his size I wouldn't expect quickness either. I also wouldn't worry about it even a little.
  5. I don't know about "badly", but I want Peterman to start. Alllen is still a rookie, and it shows. Let the kid mature and get eased into the starter role. I'd also like to make sure the O line can protect better than they have been so far before I expose my entire offensive future. I guess I'm conservative.
  6. And have her stay in the house during that time? Life is too short when you have his kind of money.
  7. Who is the emergency QB? Let him get some reps and let the scrub OL show how they run block.
  8. Perhaps a follow on question ... how many of the preseason games should season ticket holders be forced to purchase at regular season prices
  9. I was wondering if this was primarily about money ... how much he was offering to get out and go away versus how much she was looking for. Now it looks that way. No, it's not arguably worse at all.
  10. Kim Pegula statement back in May ... “We really enjoy our summers at training camp at St. John Fisher and the relationship we continue to have with the school. We have four years remaining on our current agreement with them and preparations are already underway for camp this summer. Rochester is an important market for the Bills, our entire company, and for me personally, being that it’s my hometown.” Seems like things have changed since I last went. My kids are all older now so I haven't been. The VIP area wasn't nearly as invasive then as now it seems. I suggest going on the last day of camp if possible. At least back then, and I think they still do this, the players go to the fences all around and give away stuff they used in camp. We have a Fitz autographed shoe around somewhere, plus QB hand towels (the ones they hang off their belts) and other stuff.
  11. Sure looked like it in the first preseason game, but still a long way to go.
  12. Well, him and King Roger.
  13. Probably so for the ice cream, it is pretty damn good there. And right next to JoJos and the pittsford pub. I had no idea Hicks & McCarthy's was closed.
  14. That ship sailed long ago, we all are associated with it. I think he was a kid just goofing around and fitting in. Like you said, it's not a big deal at all. He may have even been asked to do it, we don't know.
  15. At the end of the day (or camp as it were) only a few peoples opinions matter on who outplayed who, and Joe B. ain't one of them. Stay tuned.
  16. Are you sure? I looked at the tv guide for 8/9 and the Buffalo ABC station is listed as showing the game, but not any Rochester channel. Hope you are right, and they have shown the games in previous years, but where did you get your information from? Edit: Never mind, apparently tv guide hasn't been informed yet https://www.rochesterfirst.com/sports/buffalo-bills/news-8-the-official-broadcast-home-of-the-buffalo-bills/1328732865
  17. That sucks man. We live very close to SJF and my kids would always plan out what days they wanted to go based on who was going to be in the tent, so I know exactly what you are talking about.
  18. For the Bills sake, lets hope he can play. Offense goes from iffy to "wow do we suck" without him for any length of time. But the NFL could do their own investigation here as well. And any time a woman in a rocky relationship with a NFL player gets the crap beat out of her, it looks bad.
  19. Tell that to Roethlisberger ... From 2010 ... Roethlisberger Suspended Six Games. NEW YORK -- Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger was suspended for six games without pay Wednesday for violating the NFL's personal conduct policy and ordered to undergo behavioral evaluation. And he was never charged with anything. A NFL related legal analyst thinks a Bills star player might be innocent ... film at 11
  20. To me #3 seems the least likely. If someone was there for the jewelry they would have taken the jewelry. There would be no need to beat the F out of her. Lets face it, there are no rocket scientists involved here. #2 would require some intelligence on the part of the woman. So by default, that leaves #1. Occam's razor would also favor #1 One thing is certain. Only a few people know for sure what happened, and none of them are on this board posting in this thread.
  21. Shady has more than enough money and the right lawyer to pay the woman off if necessary. I can't imagine he'll do any jail time even if guilty.
  22. Plus the all important question ... what does King Roger do, if anything. The big-ben incident has set a precedent.
  23. Shady certainly has enough money to get good lawyers and pay the woman off if need be. But even a big-ben style suspension would put a heavy hurt on the Bills season. Stay tuned I guess.
  24. When did they legalize recreational pot in NY? ?
