  1. I have been secretly thinking this for some time .
  2. http://forums.twobillsdrive.com/topic/143034-eric-winston-texans-rt-released/
  3. Yes! Or Robinson... But I agree I'd be happy to have Vjax all the same.
  4. Do Chris Brown's recent blurbs about free agency have a different ring to them than normal? Maybe it's just me, but it sounds like he thinks we too are players for big names. I know there are many on here who assume we will be (I certainly hope we will), but I guess it's a hard thing to expect after the past few years... I'd route for VJax if he came here (certainly lots of FA wrs out there), but I would be really excited about Mario....that would just be incredible. On Chicago and Mario: http://blogs.buffalobills.com/2012/03/12/bears-frontrunner-for-de-williams/
  5. I like Pears and Hairston a lot. I echo BillnutinHouston - I'd be more excited about a young LT on the market.
  6. I keep saying this as well - I would love to see Bell win the third-string job. I still think he's got a ton of upside.
  7. I think our big target is Kamerion Wimbley, hopefully he's not set on staying in California (even if it is in SoCal). I would love Eddie Royal, Laurent Robinson, Pierre Garcon, Rob Meachem...I'm not high on Vincent Jackson. I too think we go OT in Rd 1. Look for passrushers in Rd 2 and/or Rd 3. I wouldn't be surprised if Nix waits until Rd 3 given how he has talked about this year's depth at DE.
  8. Aldon Smith is a phenomenal player. Niners would never give him up.
  9. I thought Byrd was fantastic last year. Am I the only one that noticed how he turned into a hitting machine? Wilson and Byrd are an EXCELLENT safety tandem imo.
  10. I like the "Brad Smith" of defense comment. That's essentially my feeling as well, and he does play with a nice intensity that sets the tone for the younger guys.
  11. These effing acronyms. Laurent Robinson, Meachem, or Garcon + Wembley, than draft an OT (perhaps Martin, the Stanford prospect ) I would be a very happy camper. Ahhh, the optimism of the offseason and the eve of free agency.
  12. Hell, because it's the offseason and I'm itching for Tuesday to get here....Can we expect to see blue pants this year? Do we want blue pants? etcetc
  13. The teams and league would have to consent to any changes, correct?
  14. hahaha I was waiting for the Missouri bombshell to drop. Dammit I love tsw jokes.
  15. I like the optimism, but all too often we see our Bills players making opposing teams' TEs look like all-pro tackles. But yes, adding Mario to the line would dramatically alter our defense. I'm aboard the Wimbley train right now - I think it's plausible, and it's a good match. Too bad we can't get Peeeeeppers
  16. I know a lot of people don't think he'll be able to play, or be the same, but I have a feeling he'll put in about 3 good years. I'm a fan, so I don't want to turn out wrong, but I just can't stomach him playing well for those effing phins. Cognitive dissonance-damn you!
  17. Very interesting - thanks for posting SJBF! Hoping for noticeable results....
  18. http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/7663125/former-buffalo-bill-coy-wire-says-group-players-ran-weekly-rewards-pool
  19. But I dont want it to be the fins. I know it's going to happen but I just can't stand it.
