  1. Well it certainly looks like it, but there's a first for everything.
  2. Yeah. Well hopefully Mario has a little more class than that.
  3. I'm really surprised. 24 hours ago almost everyone was not counting The Bills to even be a contender for Mario Williams. Now he's in town and everyone is basically hinging the 2012-2013 season on this signing alone.
  4. Brandon Carr. After seeing how fast Nix was on Stanford Routte, its clear he wants to bring in a experienced CB for next year.
  5. It's.....okay. Don't like Floyd with the 10th pick. Hell, unless the player is like a Calvin Johnson type prospect I would stay away from a WR in the first round all together. Plenty of good WR's to be had throughout The Draft. Like the Curry and Wilson pick. T.Y. Hilton doesn't really fit the mold of what the Bills want in a receiver. I personally don't think Bell is going to be resigned, so addressing the OT position in the 5th round seems too risky for me.
  6. I'm really trying to be in the mindset of Nix. Don't forget we have some more to sign of our own, Levitre and Byrd and extending Fred. Also we are going to have to really over pay for Williams or Vjax (more so Williams) I really don't think we will have enough room to sign another significant player.
  7. Picturing Wilson in Chan's system almost makes too much sense.
  8. From looking at our cap room, it seems like we can go into FA 2 ways. Either try to get a couple of good solid players (not talking about 2nd tier players) like Carr, Mincey, Colston, or should the Bills go all out for either Mario Williams or VJax?
  9. In a nutshell we have enough cap room to either sign a couple good players (Mincey, Carr, Colston) or sign 1 great player (Super Mario, or VJax).
  10. The thing is, this year all the projected round 2's and 3's the only big reason why they aren't higher on everyone's big boards is mostly because of the school they play for. Thats it really. When I look at someone like Vinny Curry I see him as having the same skill and statistical sets as Melvin Ingram. Curry is projected in the 2nd, and Ingram is possibly a top 10 pick. Why? School. Now I know that the smaller schools don't really gander up tough competition, but the fundamentals are still there. It's simply down too can the guy play or not. And Curry is as good as Ingram, the only difference is we can save our #10 pick for another need with Curry (hopefully) waiting in the wings.
  11. I doubt The Browns goes for either Flynn or Manning. They have the upper hand. They are probably hoping that Manning goes to the Phins, and Flynn goes to the Skins. That leaves them all alone and all they have to do is sit there and not give up anything. So that would leave just us and the Browns. The Rams are being a little greedy with that No.2, apparently no team has made an offer that has pleased them. So The Rams are really looking for someone to sell their souls for that pick. I just can't see Buddy Nix bending over like that.
  12. Amen brother. Fitz is a fighter. As corny as that phrase is, can anyone argue otherwise? I'm willing to believe Fitz is working day and night to improve his game. Also, I might be wrong, but have there been reports that apparently Fitz has really beefed up the last couple of weeks from going to the gym? I thought I saw that somewhere.
  13. Ok I can understand the criticism of his inaccuracy's and what not. I just can't understand the attitude some people have towards him. Like they want him to fail. Fitz is the best option we have right now. RGIII forget about it, too much cost on a team that has many needs. Matt Flynn too risky, we tried that with Rob Johnson and look how that turned out. Manning pffft yeah okay. I like Fitz, from a character stand point I think he's great, but that doesn't mean I can't see his flaws. I think Fitz should be given 1 more year to prove himself, most of his problems stem from his fundamentals, and we just acquired a QB fundamental guru as his coach. Let's give him a year, and if it doesn't work out, well, Prepare for the arrival of Landry Jones, or Tyler Wilson.
  14. Mind as well just build a new stadium for how much that would cost.
