  1. These effing acronyms. Laurent Robinson, Meachem, or Garcon + Wembley, than draft an OT (perhaps Martin, the Stanford prospect ) I would be a very happy camper. Ahhh, the optimism of the offseason and the eve of free agency.
  2. Hell, because it's the offseason and I'm itching for Tuesday to get here....Can we expect to see blue pants this year? Do we want blue pants? etcetc
  3. The teams and league would have to consent to any changes, correct?
  4. hahaha I was waiting for the Missouri bombshell to drop. Dammit I love tsw jokes.
  5. I like the optimism, but all too often we see our Bills players making opposing teams' TEs look like all-pro tackles. But yes, adding Mario to the line would dramatically alter our defense. I'm aboard the Wimbley train right now - I think it's plausible, and it's a good match. Too bad we can't get Peeeeeppers
  6. I know a lot of people don't think he'll be able to play, or be the same, but I have a feeling he'll put in about 3 good years. I'm a fan, so I don't want to turn out wrong, but I just can't stomach him playing well for those effing phins. Cognitive dissonance-damn you!
  7. Very interesting - thanks for posting SJBF! Hoping for noticeable results....
  8. http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/7663125/former-buffalo-bill-coy-wire-says-group-players-ran-weekly-rewards-pool
  9. But I dont want it to be the fins. I know it's going to happen but I just can't stand it.
  10. The recruiting aspect is often talked about, but it's still a huge deal. Not having a vocal salesman on the team is a huge problem. So glad we have Stevie. For that matter I'm fine with merriman on the roster for that reason alone.
  11. Hahaha But with regard to Wimbley, this might fit the mold of who the Bills could target, if we're considering Nix's comments about "being aggressive" in FA. Wimbley might be a bit to rich for our taste though. I do think we could sign him if we wanted to...
  12. Man this would be big, but we're going to have to be competitive to land him.
  13. Locker room morale should be pretty solid heading into training camp. Taking care of your own is HUGE.
  14. Rarely do I actually chuckle at posts. This one got me. Understated. Simple. Elegant. -My take on RuvMart: he won't make it to the 53 man roster. Chan did seem to demand he take the field with the offense more than I would like, however.
  15. I'm thinking Seattle is going to make a huge push, and I think they have the cap room to go along with it
  16. Meachem or Garcon would make me happy. I'm just concerned with Vjack's attitude/DUI history...
  17. Let's not forget the jags either. No question I'd go Buffalo over Jacksonville and Cleveland, tougher call with DC. But as a franchise, I like our position out of any of them. Call me a homer, though.
  18. I got so pissed, I tweet the SOB about that article & call him out, if he had any balls he'd reply If I'm understanding your post correctly, you are the author of the included tweet? I find two things interesting about this. First, a lack of essential punctuation and spelling (or word choice?). Second, that you challenge him based on how good our team could become/how good we are now, instead of on his ridiculous decision as a "journalist" to include a team on the list for literally NO other purpose than to laugh at them. I'm all for Buffalonians yapping at terrible sportswriters, but I just thought it was an interesting strategy to take. On another note, is there a sizable population out there that thinks throwing almost every down is an inherent strength?
  19. I want him in SF if I had a choice, but anywhere out of the AFCeast is fine. AZ, KC, Seattle, etc
  20. Haha indeed. What's funny is Shefter is probably steamed.
