  1. You know those native Irish, so violent and likely to rob you...
  2. Understood but you could make the same argument that the bills stars are the OL and Cook, with Allen. The ravens OL is equal or better than the Bills. The Bills are better than the fins OL. Achane isn't too far behind Cook, and all 3 of their backs aren't either to ours. The QB is no debate, that doesn't even know his name. Their WR are better than ours. They have no TE. We have a lot more talent than we realize and yet it isn't as much as other teams. We win because of Josh Allen.
  3. What's the line on this currently?
  4. You can't keep up with the explosion of growth in some areas. Texas, Dallas especially, is suffering. If you move to a new house in Dallas you don't go to just the closest school. You'll go to the school built or open with roomm. You could have 5 houses all going to different schools. Being bused all over to keep up with growth.
  5. Remember the word filter that would auto correct to stevestojan? Pepperidge Farm also remembers that. 🤣
  6. Achane, hill, waddle are top tier players Washington, wright, Gordon are quite solid backups. Alec Ingold is exceptional.
  7. There's a big difference between the top 10 wide receivers and the rest of the league, at least outside of the top 20 WR's
  8. I never figured Simon for a guard. I thought he'd be a tackle or maybe even a punter.
  9. I think we should take a poll on this. Maybe a thread on OTW...
  10. Lol you're a piece of *****. ***** like you run your mouth. Show up in masks with a group of people but are otherwise chicken ***** cowards. Go sit on the **** chair while a real man gives it to your wife
  11. And I think that it's part of the issue. How many top 10 wide receivers are there in the league? 10. How many of those top 10 receivers are there on a single team? Maybe you can argue that one team has 2? But so far this year it looks like that's not the case When you look at how people rate the quarterbacks it is drastically different than the top two wide receivers. People give a lot more leeway to a good quarterback being great.
  12. I've only been wrong a couple times so I can understand how stupid people think. 🤣
  13. They do not have an embarrassment of riches but they are one of the best offensive units in the league, undebatable a top 5 unit. The rams, lions, Bengals (w burrow), dolphins can all be on that list.
  14. I felt fine tagging you because I knew you wouldn't take it seriously. I'm still waiting on Darin Lee (LB - Ohio State) to play the hybrid LB/nickel role at an all pro level. I'm still waiting on Geno Smith to master reading the NFL defense and run around any sacking defender.
  15. In fairness someone we never heard of probably said something about something about brown sucking. Lol see below. I searched "Spencer Brown sucking"
  16. Examples in various articles found, a good one by the nYT included
  17. I know it's hyperbole but I always remember braylon Spector being a comparison. Everything ranted and raved in training camp among other things about he has to be better than the other options and he wasn't. Epenesa would be a starting rotation DE anywhere in the NFL.
  18. Medical staff with the players for the most part. Remember jairus byrd? Medically he was cleared to play but complained of pain therefore forced a trade and left. He never fully recovered from his foot injuries though.
  19. Or that the studies that found the guy who discovered it didn't follow all of the principles of science to record his findings...and we all may have it in some form or another. It reminds me of people being scared about bulging discs when over half the population over 40 have them, active or not.
  20. With the mini on the nyt going to subscription they have Pips. Played the first time today and it's fun. Got it in under 10 on hard mode so that's cool. Global (game where you guess the country by distance), wordle, and connections are my regulars. I gave up octowords because it was too easy.
  21. I may have misspoke. It was a former patriot in the media. I'll think it over and remember. But even Chris jones came out today talking like Jackson is the MVP
  22. He has a lot of the media guys who don't want to acknowledge him. Some are turning. Most aren't. Rodney Harrison, Baltimore media, certain folks I can't name them all don't give him the credit he deserves. It's similar to drew brees.
  23. also the irony of wanting victims to be protected, believing all victims, etc... but in this case open the files and expose the victims. cuz, ya know, weaponization.
  24. all good one thing that amazes me having friends in the tv biz, including anchors and producers of local news is that many field reporters and spot reporters have to do their own pre and post production now. an anchor friend of mine in top market (won't reveal it all but between 35 and 45) finally got hired on full time after being an anchor on a contract for over 10 years. this person said that the largest markets often do not even give anything more than a contract to the anchors because they cannot afford it. the local small time reporters are all piece rated for their performance. small town newspaper is even worse with most of it being owned by Hearst and a handful of others.
