The triangle is used to mark cycles? Would circles do that better? Man just how high was he when he tweeted this stuff?! -
I'm pretty sure they will also accept public funds

Justin Herbert - fractured rib cartilage, day to day
Mr. WEO replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
People keep exaggerating TT's injury (pneumothorax)--he easily could have resumed fully activity and been right back as practice as the starter the next dya. The reason Herbert is the starter since that day is because it took a freak incident for the Chargers to realize that you put your top 10 draft pick QB out there and let him play. The Bills had a similar (and sooner--Week 1 at halftime) "realization"--not because their starter was injured, but because their starter was Nate Peterman. Probably won't get worse, but won't get better either. -
they should just switch to the other game after the Bills on ESPN. For those without ESPN plus

Completion %? That's what you have? lol He's 21-10 at home 19-12 on the road. He's 3-0 in January. All of his playoff wins are on the road. All his playoff wins are at home...in the Ralph....in January. Truly severe weather affects any game so rarely and Josh Allen, of all QBs in the NFL, is the most perfected created QB for such weather that your argument makes no sense at all.

what were all of the extreme weather games I missed? Allen's worst game was playoffs vs Houston. Weather was not an issue....

Jimmy G takes pay cut, staying with Niners
Mr. WEO replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
I’m talking about coaching wins. Offensive mastermind Kyle Shanahan can’t get the wins with his 49ers without Jimmy G as QB. -

Shanahan record in SF is 39-43. 33 of his 39 wins are with JG at QB… -
Josh Allen wasn’t “weakened” ever last season. The Bills were simply outcoached in that one game. Never changed their game plan despite unusually high winds gf precasted well before kickoff. They aren’t crying about paying Rodgers 50 million to play in the Green Bay weather. It’s an extremely weak argument

"The Bills need to get a big armed QB--and none of these Cali boys--to throw in the snow and the swirling winds off the lake!"

‘It’s Over!‘: LeSean McCoy Rips Patriots Head Coach
Mr. WEO replied to Scott7975's topic in The Stadium Wall
I agree. That team is loaded. At some point you look at the QB and the HC. The QB isn't going anywhere... -
I just said that. So weaker teams need to plan to use it to their advantage (see: Bills v NE 2021). The wind equalized the offenses by taking away the passing advantage of the Bills.

The best coaches plan for bad weather and adjust their game as much as possible. The amount of games played in absolutely adverse weather each season isn't worth the expense of a dome. It's really for fan comfort. PSE didn't want to kick in for the extra comfort.

‘It’s Over!‘: LeSean McCoy Rips Patriots Head Coach

Is it too early to put Staley on the hot seat??!! Also, Belichick briefly put a pulse back in the Browns, going from 6 to 1 wins and a playoff with Bernie Kosar, Mark Rypien, Mike Tomczak, and Vinny Testaverde (in a row) behind the wheel---and everyone says "but he had a losing record in Cleveland!!". Every coach (21 of them) in the last 50 years but Marty Schottenheimer has had a losing record in Cleveland. -
This ownership was never going to pay the extra for a dome, cooked up "survey" (of STH only) or not. Relying on a real survey, this stadium would never have been built at all--it was wildly unpopular statewide: 63% agaisnt: https://www.wgrz.com/article/news/local/new-york/siena-college-poll-nyers-approve-of-suspending-gas-tax-disapprove-funding-for-new-bills-stadium-new-york-state/71-835ac455-783a-45d9-9c34-6652035d6c95

on the field the difference isn't a practical one. MPH is a meaningless way to prove that point.

I'm not sure where to go next. I provided you a summary of what has been published to date on the science of compression garments. The results are easy to read and understand. Every doctor who considers him or her self a specialist in this (sports medicine, for instance) is absolutely aware of this body of literature---they would have to be. If you have found a meta analysis of all of the published literature on this topic that has a completely different conclusion than the one I was able to find with ease---why don't you just link it? Anyway, seeing as you don't have any scientific rebuttal, I'll move on to point out that you missed the most important conclusion of the the meta analysis--that wearing the garments give them the perception of less discomfort and faster recovery. Literally, that's it. I've already told you why these things are used and why they are prescribed. To help you further, I will give a personal example: it is not uncommon after abdominal surgery, even laparoscopic surgery, for patients to ask for an abdominal binder to wear. Obviously, it has nothing to do for their healing process or recovery but they are adamant that they feel it will help them. Recognizing this, I write a script for one. It's as simple as that. This is magnified manyfold in sports medicine where you have people wearing "K tape" and such. They are convinced it helps. They have the perception that it helps them: heal, recover, get support...whatever. The studies confirm the perception effect. THAT is why your doctor prescribes these devices. The whole of the literature doesn't support any other significant effect from wearing them. Pointing out a fallacy isn't "arguing just to argue". It's the correction of an incorrect claim. -
you've only proven that mph doesn't make one a great passer (neither does "arm strength" for that matter). And it doesn't separate him from Mahomes, for instance.
