Keon drops 60 in Damar's celebrity basktball gam

well "99% of other basketball players" includes you and me..so what? anyway, guys like the one's I listed aren't good pro players. they simply aren't. Moss could have easily sat on the Knicks bench throughout the early 2000's and racked up 1.9 minutes per game over a season. NBA roster has 15 active players. Moss is as tall or taller than 6 guys on the roster, including 3 starters. There's not much reason to believe that a garbage time scrub on a 17-65 team (Jaden Springer on the Jazz, for instance) is going to school a prime young Moss on the court. people commonly make the error of concluding that, since a player is on a pro roster, that they are simply better at that sport than every other player who didn't make it. that fallacy is revealed when we see crappy players like Ryan Leaf and Nate Peterman starting games. you would have to be crazy to believe that either of those bums would "school 99%" of all other QBs in the country, simply because they made a roster. Well, Izzo never played him-he obviously felt he was more likely to excel at football than at basketball, hence the kind advice. If he was that good, he would never have made him choose. Why on earth would he? plenty of NFL guys played a lot of D1 basketball. It's easy to conclude that Coleman's game was not as good as any of those guys. -
In a football-mad country, this League's championship game pulled in "LEGO Masters" numbers, and 1/3 of the viewers of an episode of "Georgie and Mandy's First Marriage"...

This is the one player on earth that Beane could NOT offer a 1 year contract?? hey, we got Tre back tho...!

this isn't the NBA of the late 80's or early 90's, when teams were stacked. Now most teams have one superstar maybe and 1 or 2 other guys. every roster has a few MarJon Beauchamp's and Pacome Dadiets. terrible pros. -
This is the QB you want to face in the second round of the playoffs. Playoff Career: 8 games, 1750 yards, 10 TDs. He's the Stephon Diggs of playoff QBs.

Lots of NFL players came up playing B ball. Some even put in substantial minutes (Coleman never saw the court). It's hard to tell how good he is in this charity clip as no one is playing any defense--just watching him dunk. He has a nice stroke on the long shot for sure though. Randy Moss is probably the one of the few NFL players who could have made a career as a starter in the NBA. Greatest athlete ever to play in the NFL. -
he talking about 2021? '24? This playoff bum should be "seeking revenge" after every deuce he pinches off in his playoff exits, I guess...

A "non offer"---lol. Made up nonsense, clearly suggesting they were never interested (a typical doc fabrication). The Bills wanted him. Contract was the issue--if he had agreed to play out the contract as is, Beane would have traded 1sts for him. If there was no interest, they would have told Rosenhaus when he first called. NE cut him after a (previous) sexual assault claim surfaced (after a single game)--he wasn't "playing with Brady" there, for all intents and purposes. He had a cup of coffee. And what in Diggs career in Minny did NOT suggest to you that he would meet the same end in Buffalo--pushed out the door for a mid pick and 30 million eaten?

not bad. Not sure how a anyone ranks Hurts over Goff. Can't wait to see where Simms puts Taysom Hill this year!

Punter upside!!! lol
-
atta boy!
-
nah--that's settled science, not some poorly formed and argued point, lol.

yet you keep reaching into the bag for another chip.....

that's debatable...

We don't know what would have happened after 2018, had the Bills successfully traded for him. He may have had another season as the reigning top WR in the NFL. That is the point of my question. Bills were able to keep a lesser a-hole (and lesser WR) under control for 3 of his 4 years. Maybe they would have gotten a solid year or 2 from AB. Beane and McD were certainly not sharing your concerns about him when they were putting together a trade offer for discussion.
-
he was released after 1 game--why reference this "time with Brady in NE"? you stumbled into that, I didn't even have to send you there! Anyway...just answer the question as to whether McD could have made the NFL's best WR function for the Bills True. Bit we are talking about on field and in the locker room. Maybe AB needed the calming influence of McD, instead of "I let the patients run the asylum" Tomlin...
-
might as well make money off of this. I'll take 50k
-
he played a single game with Brady in NE, lol. great point doc! When the 2018 season ended, AB was the best WR in the NFL--maybe you are suing a new definition for the word "spent"?. Anyway.... You don't think McD, who handled Diggs, a total head case, for a few years could not make use of AB? Why not?
-
google: "buffalo offered first round draft pick to steelers for AB" oh now it's "or another"? lol--the reasons were not football skill related, nice try. anyway, if McD and the Bills locker room could keep Diggs's behavioral deficiencies (almost) under control for 3-4 seasons, don't you think they could have gotten a solid year or 2 out of AB?

yeah what was this? there's no defender on his side of the court while he just dribbles up and dunks. there's a lady MC on the court as everyone just watches him shoot, lol. notice by the way, throwing down those dunks like he never actually had a wrist injury (wink, wink)..... -
He had just wrapped up his 6th straight season of at least 1250 yards---and had 15 receiving TDs his last year in Pitts. Totally spent! You think he couldn't get at least another 1250 with Josh Allen throwing to him (absent Diggs)? That WR was trash--2 big money WRs were Brown and Beasley combining for 1800 yards, lol. By his final year, despite essentially the same number of targets per year, Diggs's production was in free fall. In all, the Bills paid one of the worst playoff WR1s in league history 80 million to pad his stats during the season. 2 years after a huge (2nd highest WR guarantee behind only Hill) 4 year extension, he was widely excised from the the body Buffalo, the cancer that he was...
