Everyone fired seems to get rehired by another team at some point. Why would that be a reason to keep a GM or HC?

Neilson coached the worst passing Defense in the NFL last season. Anyway, position coaches (and "senior assistants") don't make the defensive backfield better. They need starter upgrades all around--currently they have one legit starting level DB on the roster at this point. Is the guy from NE bringing Christian Gonzalez with him? It seems an annual event: each year end (playoff loss) presser, McBeane tells us what they're going to do differently next year...and fire a coordinator.

The Bills blew 10% of the cap on Cooper and 8 million on Sanders! Toss in 10 million for Knox. 20 million for a guy with 1600 yards in 3 seasons is wild, but I wouldn't put it past Beane...
