  1. Is there any evidence that Fromm will amount to anything?
  2. Did Maybin ever have a good year?
  3. What year was he a critical part of the Chiefs? He was maybe a factor in the Superbowl for 2019 as he picked up the slack from the normal go to guys. Otherwise, he was a bit role player. 2020 - 421 yds 2 TD 2019 - 673 yds 3 TD 2018 - 519 yds 3 TD
  4. Peterman is making $1M for the 2021 season. https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/las-vegas-raiders/nathan-peterman-21913/
  5. There were quite a few people here who were thinking Fromm would be the no . 2 guy lol. Obviously the coaches didn't think much of him to bring in Trubisky.
  6. Denver offense ranking in 2016 was 22, New England offense ranking in 2019 was 15, Tampa Bay offense ranking in 2020 was 7 . No top 3-5 offense there .
  7. I quickly looked at the last 6 Super Bowl winners and easily half of the wins were by teams that played defense well (E.g., Denver over Carolina, New England over the Rams, Tampa over KC). It is fun to watch a team be able to rack up the score. But if you don't have the ability to stop the other team, you will most likely be a spectator at the end of the season.
  8. So you advocate for going into a shoot out? That doesn't work very well against certain teams like KC.
  9. Lol. Ok. Years ago it used appear a lot more and it was like a contest to see who could get tricked into clicking.
  10. Peter Pan hasn't been a thing here in ages. You're a resurrected poster I assume?
  11. Nate Peterman's base salary for the Raiders is also $1.0M . Imagine that. He and Cam will be making the same salary.
  12. Why Mr Irrelevant? Because of girls like the below? https://q1057.com/hot-girl-wants-mr-irrelevant-in-nfl-draft-2012-video/
  13. Did you mean the Bears? The Rams were 10-6 this past regular season....
  14. I still have trouble seeing how Arizona is considered a playoff contender when their division has 2 teams LA and SF who still have a lot of the core roster that took them to Superbowls in recent years and the other team Seattle has been a consistent playoff contender. Watt isn't going to magically make a middle of the pack defense top 5. And its yet to be seen if Kyler can become a more complete QB. When forced to stay in pocket his passing is very mediocre. Remember that they finished 8-8 last year.
  15. Comparing Cam's stats to Youngs is a pretty meaningless exercise given that they played in different eras. Cam's contemporaries are Brady , Brees, Rogers, Rivers, Roethlisberger . All of them have elite stats and career passer ratings around the high 90s. Cam has a career passer rating of 85.8, which is below average for an NFL QB. Its pretty safe to say that Cam won't be in the hall of fame.
  16. those rings likely wouldn’t be a factor since he got them when he was mostly sat on bench and didn’t even dress for the KC one .
  17. you may have a point . maybe we can pay him the league minimum to be a good luck charm. his last two teams won the Super Bowl without getting much In terms of production out of him .
  18. fair enough, a highly paid proven veteran qb like a Brady or Rogers or Wilson kind of makes some sense. Allen is not there as of yet.
  19. Yes. That is pretty interesting. They also think they should have a say in the hiring of a GM.
  20. Do QBs have a say on coaching staff hires? The answer to that is No
  21. Perhaps. But I recall EJ also being labeled as a gamer...
  22. The Eagles are likely going to be bringing in another QB option. Hurts isn't much of a threat passing
  23. JP had a million dollar arm and a two cent brain. Zero awareness in pocket . Thats why he never made it. Chucking up bombs for Evans to try to run under was never going to be a successful game plan long term
