  1. Poor coverage by Keith Ellison [ 2 ] [1.77%] At least I'm not the only person that thinks Ellison belongs on the sidelines. He blew the coverage on the exact same play, twice, for touchdowns. Ben friggin Watson, are you kidding me?
  2. YAWN!! This is the kind of crap I can't stand...It's called football sense people!! You have a 5 point lead on the New England mother effing Patriots. 1.) Our previous drive was a nice one...touchdown! 2.) They come back and score to cut that lead to 5. 3.) They decide to kick it deep rather than an onside kick...granted they had all 3 time outs and the 2 min warning, but it's not an obvious passing situation for us. They'll be comming with their ears pinned back, which opens them up to misdirection and screens...which were very successfull all game...we run the clock out, maybe even get into position for a FG & an 8 point lead forcing them to score and go for 2... we ended up stopping twice, plus 2 fourth down stopns earlier...defense came up big on short yardage. Bottom line is, Leodis needs to have much more "common" football sense, instead of his "I'd do it 100 times" lame as comment in the post game! I'm willing to bet we'll be seeing Roscoe back there sooner than later if this keeps up...
  3. How about we beat the rules, regarding momentum carrying a player into the endzone, into his head for a week or so? Cuz i'm certain that even his ego isn't big enough to combat common sense, coupled with the fact that April, the best ST coach ever, was in his ear b4 that kick!
  4. And leave Ellison, who couldn't cover a bar tab, on the field...you're all delusional!
  5. Super Bowl Champs!! Just so I can pretend it was my "real" prediction and say I told you so!!
  6. Kelsay, Simpson, Huggins (may make it on ST), McCargo...
  7. NO THANKS! That dude is the close to being the biggest scumbag in the league!
  8. All that work into a pretty boring article to state an allready known and overstated fact...Awesome job d-bag!
  9. It's not the size of the dog in the fight...
  10. And he'll wear New England Gear when he visits them next week! Listen guys/girls, This is a football guy. He is working out, touring the facilities, and interviewing the coaches of three teams that would like to see him in their diggs come camp. He's not gonna be bought before he makes a well researched decision...he will, actually, make a decision based on which team is the best fit for him, his style, and his desire to actually play and be a playmaker. IMO, he'll be a Bill by the end of next week.
  11. complete and utter lack of football IQ here...what good would it do to place Hardy, the future of this team, on IR? Is he gonna benefit more from playing with Lee, Josh, & T.O. while competeing with Steve Johnson, or sitting on the sidelines, taking notes on how to run better routes so next year, maybe, he'll be ready to play and go through the growing pains of, essentially, a second year player? Lori, Where is the filter for posts that are so obviously not well thought out...? can't wait to see what the author of this post has to say for him/herself...
  12. Back to the actual question.... I see Hardy coming in game 4 or 5 as a third down/red zone type receiver. For some reason, I have a feeling that Steve Johnson is going to make a name for himself this year with his "expanded role" and possiblly even compete for the # 2 wideout spot next year. Hardy, next year, will again be a third down/red zone guy and potentially work his way into the top 2 after Lee and Josh move on. It's not Hardy's fault, TE has got to learn how to throw to a guy who's a foot taller than any of his other receivers. Ya gotta put the ball up and let him go get it. Last year, several balls thrown his way were misplaced, which I beleive contributed to making him look bad. The TD grab agains Jax was a thing of beauty....who's gonna be able to defend that...?
  13. how many QB pressures and knock downs...? A good pass rush isn't always measured in sacks...
  14. Touchette... & truce? Anyway, it's the nature of this city...change, no matter how minimal (or risky, for that matter) is welcomed with open arms and renewed feelings of the beginning of an economic turnaround resurface...
  15. Hey Sunshine, your insults are extremely original, no doubt posted to get a chuckle out of the readers, but considering I heard that one in the 80's...FAIL. "Carnage and rage" during weeks 14-17...sorry, missed that, wasn't a member then, but hey who's still on hear displaying the same renewed optimism? (proves my point about loyalty, ehh?) I love how you try to talk in circles with a witty retort, but swing and a miss buddy... By the way, what is your point? You say that ticket sales are an "unqualified success." Is this an economic debate on whether or not people should be spending their money on football tickets? You may lick windows and bite elbows, but keep your head up there kiddo, you're friggin special!
  16. I bet you're the type of person who strikes a Bills win to luck...right? This is a football town. A town whos mood changes week to week depending on what the Bills do on Sundays. We have the most loyal fan base in the league and we consistantly prove it...can't remember the last game that was blacked out...can you? This city relates to the team because it, and the Bills, have been down and out and only getting worse year after year. Its footbal spirit that keeps us, the fans, optomistic about the upcomming season on which we will bank our entire life on whether or not we make the playoffs. Pull your head out of your arse man! We finally have an offseason that is worth, somewhat anyway, all the hype. Over the years we've been saying that all the analysts don't know crap, and they don't know what they're talking about because we thought our free agent pickups and draft's were the makings of a contender...now that they say we've done well and added just the right pieces you and a handfull of other, fans while we're winning, trash the team, the town, and by default, the fans! STFU and go kick yourself in the junk!
  17. Bottom line is, there has been nothing good to say about this franchise over the past decade. Haters, no...more like realists. I'm not ecusing Marino though, he's a douche!
  18. Hate the offseason...? You're obviously not a real fan. We, real fan's, live for the news of the next day and the goings on at OBD. We come on boards like this to speculate and vent. We, real fans, sit on the edge of our seats for each pick of the draft. There is nothing for us to do but speculate. There is no sense of being a fan if you go into every season looking to disappointed. Of course we're optimistic, it's our team. You know the one that is your reason to get out of bed on a Sunday, the one that makes it perfectly acceptable to drink beer b4 lunch. You, my friend, are not one of us...you're one of the countless, unoriginal pessimists who posts the same regurgitated crap that the last guy who thought the Bills should have done something they thought of, because we all know that Joe Schmo knows more about football than those who run OBD. Do us all a favor, become a Miami fan, leave this board, and kick yourself in the nuttttts!
  19. Check out Harris' story...After reading this, I can't help but be in this guys corner: http://www.buffalobills.com/news/article-1...fe-1de6349c75c2
