  1. Sorry if this was already brought up, but anyone else think that Cowher making calls to put a coaching staff together a week ater meeting with R&R is merely a coincidence???
  2. Seriously...is it wrong to cry after reading this?
  3. In a nuttshel, Kiper on Brohm: "Polished pure passer, in the JIM KELLY mold... Rogers: "Too mechanical" Flacco: "Right up there with Henne" Russell: "Good decision making" Quinn: "Best under pressure" Alex Smith: "Smart, will pick up an NFL system quickly" Charlie Whitehurst:"A potential NFL star" who? Cade McNown:"Is going to be good. Really, really good." FAIL!!
  4. morality is a small price to pay to win some games...
  5. and you think that would be a lesson in humility! HA! He is a self righteous loser with a God complex. Is he really trying to make a Lifetime Movie out of his pitiful, self proclaimed hard luck story! "F" you Vick, the NFL is/was better off with you locked up! I gues those who overcome starvation, poverty and disease don't compare to you, right? If he were standing right in front of me, I would piss on his leg, cause he's about as useful as a toilet!
  6. He is the best player in a conference that has been crawling out from obscurity for the past couple years, which has had a highlight season....trust me when I tell you LeFevour may be the leading man of many talented players to come out of the MAC in years to come...
  7. All good points; however, credibility got blown out of the water when he/she said "DL looks fine...?"
  8. Tim Tebow was also surrounded by one of the greatest teams in college & is/was a fair weather QB...plus, LeFevour's arm is MUCH better! With the D-Line and Secondary talent in the NFL Tim Tebow will get murdered...
  9. seems like homey is contradicting himself...god size, good arm...decent mobility, studies the game hard....but not a franchise type guy???
  10. Amazing #'s, good size @ 6'3" 240lbs, big arm, and plays in the weather @ CMU....Projected to be a rd. 3 pick, but I say when it comes to round two and no top 50-75 prospect in a position of need (OL, DL, LB) is there, we need to take this kid to make sure we don't miss out on what could be a 10yr QB...just sayn' LeFevour Linkage
  11. No, his horrid perfromance last week did.
  12. just goes to show how much we, as fans, really know
  13. starting 16 games as a rookie, 2nd player in franchise history to do so, sux? Dude was a top ten prospect out of Pitt in the '05 draft until an injury plagued senior season sunk him into the 6th round. His college career was likened to none other than Ruben Brown. A torn achilles in the '07 offseason sent him packing, spent most of '08 rehabbing then dominated the UFL (not saying much). I'm all for giving this guy a shot...can't be any worse than, well you know the rest!
  14. Dude, you have ZERO class...which makes you irrelevant! Go kick yourself in the junk...also, feel free to never post on here again.
  15. No thanks....to much of a contract to pick up, and the way Kyle is playing this year, no need. I'd rather draft a D-Lineman or pick up one of the 4 Big Name DL's that will be available in Free Agency (Wilfork, Seymour, Hampton, Jolly)
  16. From everything I've read, too many sources to provide links, I billeve thay are looking for a "football guy" to oversee the overhaul and place him in a position similar to the Big Tuna in Miami...sort of a "go between" Ralph/Russ and a new GM & Coaching staff.
  17. Don't forget the tripping penalty when he whiffed on a cut block...
  18. I guess youcan't liken that to what Dungy did to Manning, eh? No, I'm not Canadian
  19. Or he lost ALL his players to retirement and free agency, ie. Young & Rice
  20. Curious to see where/how you drew that conclusion...Trestman has been successful EVERYWHERE he's been... 2002-Offensive Coordinator/QB Coach, Oakland Raiders #1 offense in the NFL, #1 passing offense in NFL, QB Rich Gannon Pro Bowl appearance, MVP of NFL NFL Record for 300 yard passing games (10) Jerry Rice Pro Bowl appearance 1998-Offensive Coordinator/QB Coach, Arizona Cardinals 1st Playoff win for Cardinals in 51 Years Jake Plummer Pro Bowl appearance (alternate) 1995 &1996-Offensive Coordinator/QB Coach, San Francisco 49ers Coached Steve Young (66.9% Comps & 66.7% Comps) Coached Jerry Rice to 2 Pro Bowl appearances, an NFL record 15 TD catches and over 3,000 yards receiving in 2 years. 2 Playoff appearances (25 wins in 2 years) 1995 #1 pass offense in the NFL (#2 total offense) 1996 #2 pass offense in the NFL (#6 total offense) 1989 Offensive Coordinator, Cleveland Browns AFC Championship Not to mention he's 17-3 in Montreal and in the playoffs...(accept CFL doesn't count)
  21. Agree! Now all we need is someone with enough balls to go into that locker room and tell them that they are "trying out" for a spot on the 2010 Bills!
  22. moot point, Suh will go #1 so lets stop, please!
  23. Most likely candidate to fall to us is Okung and that's a stretch considering Detroit, Tampa, St. Louis, Oakland and possibly KC will be ahead of us in the draft. Being that Det & Tampa have rookie QB's this year and KC has Cassel and Thigpen (i think), they'll all be in the market for Suh, who is he best player in all of college football, or Okung. St. Louis and Oakland need a QB, St. Louis moreso than Oakland because, for some reason, they still have a hard on for Russell. A new front office and coaching staff will be looking for their guy @ QB and it's likey that Locker & McCoy will fall to us, but I still like Tebow as I think he will have the best transition to the NFL out of all the QB's in the '10 draft...call me crazy...So, look for the Bills to take a DT or LB with their first pick. Gerald McCoy or Rolando McLain ar both Jr's but may be looking to cash in through an uncapped year and will probably declare. Brandon Spike would be a good pick to sure up our LB core and Derrick Morgan is a huge DE that is having a monster year consdering he has to deal with double teams allmost every down. One guy who's stock is rising and may garnish a first round pick at OT is Ciron Black from LSU...wouldn't mind him if we continue the youth movement on the o-line. We are, again, going into a draft that is pretty deep with our positions of need, and hopefully a "football guy" will be making player/personel decisions in '10.
  24. I'd say Quinn is being brought down, not much talent there...But Trent, Trent has talent around him and still can't get it done.
