  1. butler hasn't even signed his tender sheet with new England , let alone an offer sheet with new Orleans. it's butler's move......new England will not comment until he does one or the other......belichick has been overly sensitive to this same issue in the past. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2017/03/20/patriots-saints-supposedly-wont-talk-about-a-trade-for-malcolm-butler/
  2. 2013 - whaley did not have final say. (he gets a pass.) 2014 - trade up for sammy watkins & koaundjio. (expensive but he hit on Sammy, jury still out on koaundjio) 2015 - no 1st round pick, darby , john miller (darby a solid starter, miller is mediocre ) 2016 - shaq Lawson & ragland (incomplete due to injuries) in 3 years he hit on 1 oft injured superstar WR by investing 2 first round picks in him...... as I've said previously.....a poll of TBD members could have done better.
  3. haven't seen 1 GM ranking that has whaley higher than 17th best already posted links to 17th, 20th & 24th rankings whaley is Mediocre at best
  4. whaley is the 24th ranked GM http://ftw.usatoday....eneral-managers
  5. whaley is the 20th ranked GM http://www.sportingnews.com/nfl/list/nfl-gm-general-manager-rankings-2016-belichick-elway-jerry-jones/1bsasqu0ug3cy1x3e8tr8wazou/slide/20 whaley is 17th ranked GM http://www.rotoworld.com/articles/nfl/61907/57/nfls-best-gms-2016
  6. If the season were to start today..... #1 - you still have last years weakest starter penciled in at #1 RT #2 - you currently have a new gaping hole at #1 CB #3 - QB of the future is unsettled
  7. #1 - whaley is mediocre #2 - a poll from TBD could do a better job #3 - retaining TT was the smart short term move. my guess is that it was not what whaley wanted. # 4 - i still say the bills are trying to fill all their needs in FA to select the QB of the future at #10.
  8. i'd say we are alot better off spending that $22 mil on those 12 new FA vs keeping gilmore & woods
  9. i still say the bills are attempting to fill all their needs in free agency so they can pick the QB of the future in the 1st
  10. mcdermott must be making all the final decisions.....laffin
  11. bills offense scored the 7th MOST points in league. if bills defense gave up the 7th LEAST points in league.......we wouldn't be having this conversation.
  12. jets 37-31.....looks like they needed tyrod to play defense too tyrod is a top 20 QB EJ isn't in top 50 as far as a possible tyrod vs EJ game......there are 52 other guys dressing for each team....but I like our chances with EJ starting
  13. unfortunately the biggest hole/need at the moment is a #1 CB I still think they are trying to line themselves up before the draft to take the QB of the future at #10

  15. Pats overwhelming favorites to win Super Bowl LII after offseason additions http://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/nfl/pats-overwhelming-favorites-to-win-super-bowl-lii-after-offseason-additions/ar-BByd6Z1?li=BBgET5V&ocid=spartandhp
  16. Bills What If: Brady Didn't End Up With The Patriots #1- Bledsoe would never have been traded to the bills #2 -Brady may never have enjoyed the STABILITY of belichick's coaching success and longevity. #3 - highly likely he wouldn't be in conversation for G.O.A.T. #4- possible circumstances play out he never gets a fair shot to start.
  17. New England Key Losses: TE martellus Bennett(packers), CB logan ryan(titans), DE jabal sheard(colts), DE chris long, LB barkevious mingo(colts), OT Sebastian vollmer(released) still to come ?? amemdola, jimmy garappolo, Malcom butler, lagarrette blount, WR Michael floyd already traded away their 1st & 3rd round picks
  18. during the last 3 seasons.....New England has gotten 7 extra comp picks
  19. Casserly prefers Mike Williams to DeAndre Hopkins Watching the two of them coming out of college, off tape, to me, Williams has better separation, the ability to beat a defender one-on-one when he has to, inside and outside on cuts," Casserly said on NFL Network's Path to the Draft. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000793561/article/casserly-prefers-mike-williams-to-deandre-hopkins

  21. but, but then what will be left to complain about ??
  22. At 6'4'' and 210 pounds, the former Hillsdale College star possesses a long, lanky frame ideal for red zone targets, something desperately needed in Buffalo. Holmes ran a 4.51 and posted a 35-inch vertical at the NFL Combine, making him a matchup problem for most cornerbacks. http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/report-wr-andre-holmes-to-visit-buffalo/
  23. last tweet Andre Holmes‏Verified account @dreholmes18 23h23 hours ago More I have not signed/agreed to any contract yet with any team. The report at this moment is false.
  24. brady will be the starting QB at the opening game of the new downtown stadium
