  1. It seems like a bad marriage and maybe I lack an understanding of the nuances of this offense but I don't see much variation in Dorsey's game plan and play calls or Allen's decisions and receiver targets from opponent to opponent based on exploiting the opponents weaknesses and avoiding their strengths. I expect the game plan for Tampa will be almost exactly what it was against NE. It's way too easy on the other teams defense.
  2. I just get the feeling we just witnessed the beginning of the end of the McDermott era yesterday. He certainly gets credit for his work and effort in turning around the franchise but he's taken them as far as he can. I look at the schedule and can't bring myself to believe they're getting to 10 or 11 wins playing like they are the past 3 weeks. Blame injuries but all teams have them. Game and time management are just bad and expecting improvement at this point is a fantasy. Whatever Sean and his staff are selling to the players they just don't look like they're buying into it anymore. Past failures might have them thinking its going end more or less the same. I think they're right. I'll throw in Dorsey for good measure. He's just not up to the task. But the players don't seem up to it either. All is not lost. Although they're going to have some cap issues we still have a franchise QB and a core of sold players. But its time for a fresh message and new leadership on the sidelines. The good thing is this looks like a one season reload than a multi-year rebuild effort.
  3. It's not so much the focus on defense as it is the lack of young impact players. Teams like the Chiefs and Ravens always seem to find good talent at the back of the draft rounds so the excuse of drafting in the high 20's isn't credible. Does the Bills draft board differ so much from these other teams? If so, how long does it take to figure out you have it mostly wrong?
  4. Standard excuse. We have to execute better. And follow the process. News flash: The process is broken.
  5. My bet is Miami doesn't get to 28+ points in Philly tonight and expects Hurts will outplay Tua
  6. Looks to me like when they go hurry up in crunch time Allen is at his best and the offense is very effective. Throw Dorsey's play sheet and game plan out the window and go full street ball on the defense. Less thinking, more results. Whatever plan the OC is trying to do early, the last 3 games say throw it in the trash.
  7. The entire secondary needs to be replaced. The Safeties are slow and old and the Corners can't cover and never play the ball. The offense sleeps through the first half in three straight clunkers.
  8. $200k the tip of the iceberg. But let's send them both to jail. You good with that?
  9. More interesting is the hospital's bankruptcy filing stating the $600K "loan" to James Biden was for procurement of assistance with acquiring financial assistance with Middle Eastern investors. James upon receiving the funds into his account wrote Joe the 200K check. So let's see the Biden's produce evidence backing up the expected claim James is paying Joe back. Should be easy. So, still no evidence. Boy, I wish my brother would send me a $200K check!
  10. $98 Billion. I don't have any objection to providing support for who our government considers "allies". What I object to is the business model employed by the people in Washington. Its bad, for American taxpayers. Congress passes legislation, the President signs it, the Treasury authorizes the borrowing of $98,000,000,000, and the US taxpayer assumes the liability of paying the money back. In this arrangement the taxpayers assume 100% of the direct cost and derive 0% of the direct benefit. Who gets the benefit? The politicians, the foreign countries, and the people supplying the goods and services the $98B covers. Its equivalent to you footing the bill for an expensive meal for 20 "friends" while you're left to stand on the sidewalk outside the restaurant watching them enjoy their meal through the front window. What a pal they all say! Who would agree to such an arrangement with their personal finances? If we're on the hook for the payments its reasonable to expect something back. Isn't it? How about Israel and Ukraine send the US treasury every year for 20 years 5% of their tax receipts in order to service the loans? Something like this? Ancient Rome used to charge about 10% for protection and support. Simply, the US Empire's system of financing support for allies and provinces is flawed. Its inverted. Not only to we get nothing in return, we pay them! How can we afford this? We're already $33 Trillion in the hole with no way out.
  11. The key concept to comprehend is avoiding the problem in the first place. Not so much damage control. Under Biden our enemies no longer fear us and our friends no longer respect us. But the slow-thinking self-proclaimed progressive geniuses among us haven't caught up to the reality of this yet. "Don't under-estimate Joe Biden's ability to ***** things up" - Barrack Obama.
  12. Key points to listen for: Keep the money flowing for more wars that we have to borrow. Watch out for MAGA white supremacists. Leave the border open. Celebrate Pride month all year long. Keep gasoline and food prices high. Ignore crimes against citizens. Prosecute critics and opponents of the government with made-up crimes. Continue lowering education standards in support of inclusion. Remember to use preferred pronouns on the road to Hell we're on. Most important whatever goes wrong it's not my fault because the Russians did it.
  13. Buckle your seatbelts and assume crash positions!
  14. No matter what view anyone might have on this interruption of an official proceeding, how some point out the nuances and differences between this and J6 to argue its not a crime under the books, or others argue by the letter of the law its disrupting the official actions of government regardless of the protocol for entered the building, we all know a couple things for certain. The DOJ will show no lust or desire to prosecute anyone involved because the people involved are generally considered political allies of the administration. No hearings, no indictments, no show trials in front of judges supportive of the government's cases. And the media will move the story quickly off the front page to facilitate the public forgetting the event as quickly as possible.
  15. Yet ironically, that POS did far less damage to the country than the walking cadevour of a President you support has done in less than 3 years. Best to prepare for a complete and unmitigated disaster before the term is over rather than fixating on Trump.
  16. Flynn's comments do not make him a Nazi. I interpret his comments as asking why given numerical superiority they didn't fight back? That's not equivalent to blame. To suggest blame is a creative way of avoiding any conversation about the question. I think that passive collective submission is a fundamental reason why Israeli's take a hard line "never again" approach to threats of genocide from the likes of Hamas and Iran's clerical regime.
  17. While leaving the border open for over a year and when something happens wondering where our intelligence gathering failed! At the same time avoiding the obvious answer.
  18. And that unwavering support has gotten the US involved in exactly what? Another dumpster fire. Its amazing how nobody in charge takes the time to evaluate and understand the consequences before they go off on these adventures. Or maybe they do and just don't give a damn about those consequences. The latter is more likely. The Russians have achieved their objectives and no amount of wishful thinking is going to get the occupied territory back, Europe's economy is a mess, the western alliance is fragmenting, we're about $150 billion in the hole, all told about a half million soldiers and citizens between the adversaries are dead and plus or minus 1/2 of Ukraine's population has left the country. If that's the results we get with a policy of unwavering support, then no thank you. Being completely objective viewing things from the position of an impartial observer, it all could have been avoided with some extensive diplomacy and negotiation which included understanding and acknowledging everyone's interests. Once the Russians concluded negotiating with the US/Europe was senseless the path to war was the only option (they said so too). They also said expanding NATO to Ukraine was a red line. This was dismissed also. What's mind blowing is all this was obvious to me, and others here, viewing the situation 6,000 miles away but all the experts we employ in Washington and the foreign service around the world couldn't see this outcome as the most likely!
  19. They must have some kind of a death wish. I recommend a demonstration of their misplaced support by suggesting they envision holding a Pride parade in any one of many places where Hamas like groups rule the roost. If anyone expects there's more than one response that would be produced by that event from those savages you're mind must be malfunctioning. But of course the left's support for Hamas is not rational and it is not genuine. It just suits their need for attention and another opportunity to highlight their obsession with the oppression/oppressor game. Just another part of their make-believe reality denying view of their world.
  20. Democracy is sometimes messy and if you want a political system of government where every single party member falls into line with the party leadership and the interests they serve where no discussion, debate, or objections are allowed on every vote on every issues regardless of the specific interests of the constituents they represent and their personal principles then that's not much of a democracy and maybe more akin to tribalism or top-down authoritarianism. Why people think a democracy is where you have the right to elect an empty suit to put in a seat at the Capitol to automatically and unconsciously vote yes or no at some leader's desire is amazing.
  21. I think anyone that buys into the belief that Trump or people supporting him are salivating over the possibility of a dictatorship are delusional and swallowing lots of left-wing fear porn propaganda without thinking that its the other guys that are working censorship and thought suppression operations via social media arrangements. Which are prerequisites for a dictatorship I might add. I think you need to look across the street to the other side to find the team cheering on authoritarianism. Second, I don't hold Trump in any regard, don't support him, and prefer other candidates but it's clear to me these suits are completely motivated by politics. A poll I saw indicated 60% plus Americans agree with that assessment.
  22. Curious. Many here made similar arguments with regard to the war in Ukraine suggesting Russia was provoked to attack by actions from NATO, the US, and Ukraine itself before the actual invasion. Just as the settlements pushed Hamas into action the arming of Ukraine and efforts to join NATO provoked Russia into action. But you dismissed that argument and completely blamed Russia saying that argument appeases Putin. But here you're willing to give the attacker, Hamas, a pass suggesting they were provoked while absolving them of responsibility. So what's the distinction between the two situations you're making? Is it you don't like Israel and you don't like Russia?
  23. Doesn't sound like much of a "secret" if they're blabbing about it on X, does it?
