People forget we had some opportunistic turnovers last year, paving the way to a more favorable record. The Bills really didn’t do anything special. Our record could have easily been 5-11 but we managed 9-7 and a playoff berth- which felt amazing for us all. That being said, the team has had major issues, especially in the trenches- couple that with a lack of play makers on the offensive side (minus Shady), no number 1 QB, salary cap jail and it spells doom. We will be lucky to win 2 games this year however the future is bright! Lets roll into the 2019 draft with the number 1 pick overall, ten picks total, and loads of cap space next year! We are going to be ok long term.

Third roundish maybe, too many other needs first. This team is all in on Allen, and it will either make this regime prosper or be their doom, their is no middle ground. Couldn’t have said it better!

Mathematically, 14 other teams. Realistically, we own the number 1 pick hands down!

Sure- just what we need, a below average QB who comes with a PR nightmare! This team should of went in into the season with 3 QB’s. I wont insult anyones intelligence and explain the reasons why.

The Browns have won 1 game out of the last 33. They need to start winning before you can annoint them as a good example. How many number 1 and number 2 draft picks are on their current roster over the past 5 years? I still think they are a dumpster fire like us.

Nick Bosa will be a beast- I wouldnt have a problem taking him number 1 overall.

Shaq should have been gone last week! Bingo! Although Adolphus is subpar, their is much larger problems on this “team”.

Didn’t you see his O.O QB rating yesterday? Anyways, I always thought he stunk but so does the entire line minus Kyle.

Trade out of the first pick (yes, I can see this happening) and gain more capital i.e. additional picks/players. Grab much needed help in the trenches, another LB, and a few receivers! Somewhere next year pick up another back too, this most likely will be Shady’s last year.

Peterman- 13/27- 185 yards- 3 int- 1 td- 1 fumble

Just because the drought is over means nothing. The biggest mistake they have made was allowing Russ Brandon to stay on, and then letting him run the Sabres as well. It was a colossal failure. The next huge whiff was hiring Loud Mouth Rex Ryan. I think we are all grateful to the Pegulas for saving the team. I am hopeful they have learned from their mistakes and have it right this time.

Perspective The only team In all professional sports, that I know of, that tarps seats to “sell out”.

Spot on- it is a big unknown- 9-7 is the best record we could muster in 18 years- I want this thing built the right way and hopefully it is. If this year is a real bad year to lay groundwork for many good years ahead then im all in.

Exactly why Peterman is starting. Next year the trenches will be reinforced and the Oline will be a huge emphasis to build around Allen.

Old Dirty- thats a good analogy! If we tanked 1 season for our franchise QB I would be OK with it. With todays NFL, if you have to tank multiple seasons then it may be an indication of much larger problems internally. Anyways, I am hopeful for a great season starting this weekend but my realistic side tells me it may be a tough one- Cheers!

From a draft position standpoint, winning after being eliminated serves no purpose. If a team is trying to change its culture, winning after being eliminated isn’t such a bad thing. It is a dirty, double edged sword at times, imo.
