  1. Matt Stafford is giving out interceptions like candy recently.
  2. If we took a season and geared our red zone offense toward Josh running, could he get 20 rushing TDs?
  3. You don't see 12 passing attempts in one drive very often.
  4. We never should have signed Sanders. I called last season that Davis would be our long term #2.
  5. Please just make this an unstressful game. Let's see Trubisky taking victory formation snaps.
  6. It's pretty damn reliable that when this sort of thread gets started you look and see that the poster has around 100 or fewer posts here.
  7. Even if you had any clue what you were talking about regarding Star's life scenario, nobody on the Bills owes anything to you.
  8. Right? He's responsible for filling Star's emotional gaps but he keeps running right into the beta blockers.
  9. I don't think the Giants regret taking Barkley. Not because they shouldn't regret it. I just think "regret" implies a certain level of self awareness that their front office lacks.
  10. Or he's a different type of guy who gets mentally prepared in an insular way. This is a stupid thread.
  11. There's no such thing as unintentional sabotage. Sabotage is by definition intentional.
  12. Patterson is one of the really cool stories of this year and by way of everything I've seen a very humble cool person. It's pretty much unprecedented that a draft bust at a skill position becomes a very effective weapon almost a decade into a journeyman career.
  13. Incredible as this would be, the players' unions would never agree to it.
  14. Even if it only affects your chances by 1% it's really smart to cozy up to the refs pre-game and ask genuine questions about their families and stuff. Humans are humans and they're less likely to flag the people they like.
  15. People usually don't want to talk about how small of a sample size 16 or 17 games is for evaluating the quality of a football team based on their record, and how hugely variance plays into this, more so than a 162 game baseball season or 82 game hockey/basketball season. This is why peripheral statistics are way more useful in football in terms of making predictions than in other sports. I guarantee you that Vegas sharps don't see a 9-6 team when they look at the Bills.
  16. Oh pretty please with sugar on top.
  17. I tend to think that in the game of limited resources that is the NFL salary cap you don't use 1st round picks on a receiver when 1) You already have a top-5 WR in the league and 2) Your QB is capable of getting really good seasons out of players who would look like JAG on other rosters.
  18. Huh? We play them every four years and won the last matchup in 2017. Lost in 2013 and literally the only player overlapping these 3 games is Jerry Hughes.
  19. The year is 2021 and one of the most crucial aspects of the product of a multibillion dollar industry still relies on old men trying to guess the precise location of a ball when a player's knee hits the ground.
  20. They're perfectly aware that Tua is more likely to commit a turnover trying to convert a 3rd and 12 than the Saints are to score on a drive from their own territory.
  21. Good news, this late season run is buying us another 2 seasons of matchups versus Tua.
  22. I was being hyperbolic but you're probably right. Still, the great QBs get a new OC many times in their career because they have a tendency of winning HC jobs for their coordinators.
