  1. I live in LA and all the buzz has been good on Tre around here. He’s having a good camp and he is obviously well liked as well as he is a fun guy. Rams are one of those teams that could prove to be tougher than people think. Will be interesting to see how they do this year. Rams used to be my second team until I married a die hard Niner fan lol…and with how much she supports the Bills and my fanhood it’s only fair I do the same for her…but it will still be fun watching Tre here this year who was always one of my faves.
  2. I mean the offense isn’t going to win every practice unless our D is a train wreck. Both sides will, and should, have their days, doesn’t mean our offense is “figured out”
  3. My guess would be Benford. Nothing against Benford, but Douglas IMHO is probably our best corner, at least heading into the season.
  4. He was back to dropping balls today, easy ones. IMHO the only locks right now are Keon, Shakir, Samuel, and Hollins. MVS for me still has to earn a spot, including having to contend with Claypool who is kind of the forgotten man with his being out with a toe injury. That being said, being out certainly isn’t helping Claypool, but when you keep dropping passes like MVS was today, it keeps the door open for other players. MVS absolutely still in the mix with a real shot at the roster, but he has probably had the most inconsistent camp of all the WR’s seriously competing to make the 53. So I personally don’t see him as a “lock”.
  5. Beanes past in Carolina? He’s a first time GM in Buffalo, so what past are you talking about as he has no “past” as a GM.
  6. The issue is that they find those receivers and beat up on weak teams then lose to teams over .500 despite the offense. And that is largely because teams like the Bills have given a blueprint to disrupt the offense which despite all that speed is not that hard to counter by just getting Tua off his early reads. No doubt they still can be dangerous, but I just can’t see how they don’t take a step back this year with a much more dangerous AFC and the losses they took on defense. And a small step back even would have had them miss the playoffs the last 2 seasons. But then again, that’s why they play the games, so who knows. But I personally don’t like how they are building that team, it’s not one that will lend itself well in the postseason against the powerhouse teams of the AFC. And IMHO I think the GM and staff will be fired if they miss the playoffs this year without major injuries being the reason.
  7. By gutting their defense. If Rodgers stays healthy for the Jets, Miami won’t make the playoffs IMO. They barely made it in the last 2 seasons with what was a better roster than they will have this year. And the AFC overall is even tougher this year
  8. I said there was no way to insure they don’t get him. And given how the draft fell, it is quite plausible, and even probable, they still get him either via a trade with one of the other 3 teams after us or him lasting to their pick. And we took draft capital away from them in the process too. But hey, this is apparently a sore subject for many who seem hell bent on making this into a thing. I’m not gonna waste any more time or energy on it personally, it’s all good. PS: IMHO Beane is not on thin ice nor has he had a rough year. Thats your personal take on him, but I doubt that’s it’s how he is seen by the majority and more importantly not how the team or his employers see him either.
  9. No reason to be rude, and I disagree that It’s the way it works. There was zero the Bills could do to insure the Chiefs didn’t get Worthy. So to sit here and whine about it, post every highlight or low light in camp is just a silly premise. Especially when the guy we took has had by far the superior camp anyway. And the reason he made sense is because they didn’t need size with Rice and Kelce and he isn’t going to need to be a lead WR1 piece there with them and Brown. Reid and Mahomes get to use him as a complimentary piece and move him around creatively rather than a primary target who is gonna have problems getting jammed at the LOS. I didn’t say it should have been their pick, I said it makes sense in terms of how they can use him and because they have been trying to find someone like him since Hill left and just whiffed on Skyy and Toney trying to find it.
  10. LMAO! Most people were wrong about Mahomes, but you want to bring that up to counter a point about how silly it is to fixate on Worthy because Bill clearly had other plans? But ohhhh you got me good lmao...I was one of the many people who didn't know Mahomes was gonna be one of the GOATS. But hey, I guess I suffer with that rare pesky problem of not being able to accurately predict the future 100% of the time...shame on me.
  11. I’m just saying the Worthy thing is a total non-story given we weren’t taking him and KC likely still gets him if we don’t make the trade. Worthy to Chiefs makes sense, it never at any point made sense for the Bills. So unless people expect us take guys we don’t want that don’t fit just to block KC, then there is nothing to this story unless people want to force it. It’s all good, it’s just a silly premise IMHO to force the KC narrative about a player we didn’t want and that KC very likely still gets if we don’t make the trade.
  12. Literally none of this has anything to do with Worthy and the Bills. We clearly didn’t want Worthy…and if we don’t take him, Chiefs almost certainly still get him. You are just holding on to a non story because you have KC PTSD. In other words, in your mind the correct move was the Bills to take a player they didn’t want and wasn’t a good fit just so KC doesn’t get him basically. Because UNLESS we did that there was NOTHING else to insure the Chiefs didn’t draft Worthy. So again, who cares. Coleman has had one of the best camps of any rookie of any position in the league. But hey, keep fixating on a player we passed on who made no sense for the needs of our team that has already been hurt in camp and has already been utterly destroyed at the LOS by his own teammate rather than guy we took who has already put up one of the best camps in the league and scoring rave reviews from on lookers, staff, media, and players.
  13. Why though? It’s dumb, Worthy never at any point in any reality made any sense of any kind for the Buffalo Bills. There is no rational reason he should have been our pick. In KC, they had Hollywood Brown and Rice as well as Kelce. He gets to go there as a skinny twig who only needs to be a complimentary piece, not a WR1 where he faces a high chance to struggle as a WR1 as he is gonna get destroyed by press coverage. Bills needed both a WR1 and more size in our WR room. Only people who thought the Bills should take Worthy are the people who think the 40 times are the holy grail of WR evaluation…the same 40 time he manipulated to put up that time by cutting even more weight just to try and break a record at the underwear Olympics but is not the real speed he will play at in the NFL.
  14. LMAO…21 pages about a KC Chief rookie…isn’t this supposed to be a Bills board? In all seriousness, who cares at this point about Worthy? What is even sillier is Keon has had by far the more impressive camp this far and it’s not even close. This is like “Wrong Josh” all over again where people just can’t let go Bills drafted someone different than they wanted.
  15. Puts him starting early in real doubt, which is fine and expected anyway
  16. Ok but the analogy was the least important part of my comment… point was it’s early.
  17. Way too early…I mean Nathan Peterman was chosen to start over Allen in camp.
  18. You want to take our best CB, which is our thinnest position maybe on the roster, and move him to S? No disrespect, but that is a hard pass for me
  19. Top `10 is a lock to be all QB's Top 3 would for sure be: 1 - Mahomes 2 - Allen 3 - Stroud Then it gets more eye of the beholder after that but I think the next group of 4 would be a lock to be these guys 4 - Burrow 5 - Herbert 6 - Lamar 7 - Love Then the next 3 to round out the top 10 would likely be: 8 - Caleb 9 - Dak 10 - Goff/Tua/Trevor/Richardson
  20. Hill is not a good comp, Hill is a tank and very strong, he is just short. Worthy is a stick figure, they are not at all the same players or frames. The only similarity is they both run fast, but it stops there.
  21. I haven't heard any of that and in fact lots of references of him beating guys all camp. So not sure where you are hearing that because none of the people attending camp reporting on it have mentioned he is struggling with anything.
