    He could be scary given the defensive talent on the roster. If he were to get the job and hire A+ OC they could become a very competitive team. Chargers have a stronger roster in my opinion. This makes them a better job.

    This is what is worrisome about the huge contracts top flight qb’s must get. Once they lose top flight status the team is in cap jail.

    Josh was not coddled by the team. Fact was at the time he was the best QB on the roster. Personally, I think Fitzy was a better QB for the fins in the immediate time frame.

    MVP is determined at the end of the regular season. Not sure why it is done this way but maybe it eliminates recency bias for someone who gets hot in playoffs and Super Bowl.

    This is a very shallow, and in my opinion baseless opinion. Granted the D has been somewhat less effective this year but they have been league leaders under his coaching previously. He is also asst. HC in Buffalo with the owner’s recommendation.

    You are so correct. As it is if JA signs a long term deal the back part of the contract will likely end up looking team friendly. After Dak’s situation this year players have all of the incentive they need to sign proper deals when they can get them. While it may be that Dak returns. These guys are only one play away from a career ending injury.
