  1. IMHO: As great as McCaffrey is, their record is likely very similar with Elijah Michell or even Jordan Mason (or Mostert if they kept him) at RB. Maybe they'd rely more heavily on Deebo out of the backfield. They'd probably lose a few more games with Garroppolo at QB for the full season.
  2. As his teammates refer to him, he's "stoic". I'd like to see a little more personality from him, although it's entirely possible he's just an introvert.
  3. This isn't in my top billion concerns.
  4. If anyone has earned the Chuck Norris treatment, it's Joshua Patrick Allen. Josh Allen doesn't shower, he only takes blood baths.
  5. Let's be real, Josh Allen sees John Wick every time he looks in the mirror.
  6. I like the cut of your jib, Generic_Bills_Fan. This makes a lot of sense and I sure as hell hope we find out (and the only way is at Allegient Stadium on February 11!).
  7. If Josh Allen delivers a Super Bowl victory (especially if in characteristically Josh Allen fashion) we'll erect our own Mount Rushmore along Abbott Road consisting of 4 Josh Allens.
  8. I'm 100% certain the Bills can beat 30 NFL teams--- the only team that I'm not certain of is the 49ers, which happens to be Josh Allen's favorite team when growing up in Northern California. There's simply no way Josh Allen loses to his boyhood team. Go Bills.
  9. That's not even remotely reflected in Vegas' odds, whether or not it's deserved. Personally, I agree that Hill and McCaffrey should be top 3-5 in consideration.
  10. Josh made some terrific plays and no real mistakes but he wasn't really needed much in this absolute ass whooping of the Cowboys. A strong finish and the AFC East crown will really move the needle (and deservedly so) but failing a total meltdown, it's Purdy's to lose. He's been good regardless of how much help he gets from the surrounding roster, it's the nature of the Award in recent memory. Josh's rushing stats will (unfortunately) never get appropriate consideration.
  11. That's a good point, I was overly focused on what happens with Cincinnati. There are a lot of confusing possibilities, probably a good idea to do a deep drive when I'm not in a late night, beer soaked, good vibes, post-game celebration mode.
  12. It's possible, but the only scenarios that allow for that possibility align a little too close for comfort to the single 0.1% scenario where the Bills miss the postseason despite winning out.
  13. The Buffalo Bills are the best team in the AFC.
  14. He just glides through crowds, he always seems to find a crease. He also pushes the pile pretty well when he lowers his shoulder. I've been waiting 25 years for another Thurman Thomas. As good as our RBs have been since Thurman left, James Cook is the closest to that all-purpose RB who can do it all (with respect to Fred Jackson, who I love). If McDermott wants complementary football, he's got it. As long as he continues to understand the purpose and also continues to trust Brady.
  15. And: 1st in the AFC (and 2nd in the NFL, to McCaffrey) in rushing yards. He's only getting better, keep him involved in the passing game. He rarely seems to take hard hits, his balance and vision are excellent. That's what makes Kamara so special, although AK also has great size.
  16. Howevrr implausible, unfortunately, this doesn't sound impossible. Nevertheless, I BILLieve
  17. If the Bills, Colts and Bengals all win out and the Browns go 2-1 (with the loss coming to Cincy) then the Bills are in. https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2023/upshot/buffalo-bills-nfl-playoff-picture.html#lar-wsh-15=win&ari-sf-15=loss&buf-dal-15=win&jax-bal-15=loss&sea-phi-15=loss&lar-no-16=win&pit-cin-16=loss&lac-buf-16=loss&atl-ind-16=loss&ten-sea-16=loss&min-det-16=loss&nyj-wsh-16=loss&car-gb-16=loss&hou-cle-16=loss&tb-jax-16=win&chi-ari-16=win&mia-dal-16=win&den-ne-16=win&kc-lv-16=win&phi-nyg-16=win&sf-bal-16=loss&cle-nyj-17=win&dal-det-17=win&buf-ne-17=win&chi-atl-17=win&ind-lv-17=win&nyg-lar-17=loss&phi-ari-17=win&tb-no-17=win&wsh-sf-17=loss&jax-car-17=win&bal-mia-17=loss&hou-ten-17=win&sea-pit-17=win&den-lac-17=win&kc-cin-17=loss&min-gb-17=loss&cin-cle-18=win&det-min-18=win&gb-chi-18=win&ten-jax-18=loss&ind-hou-18=win&lv-den-18=loss&mia-buf-18=loss&ne-nyj-18=win&no-atl-18=win&nyg-phi-18=loss&ari-sea-18=loss&lac-kc-18=loss&sf-lar-18=win&wsh-dal-18=loss&car-tb-18=loss&bal-pit-18=win
  18. According to the NY Times NFL Playoff simulator, the probability our Bills make the playoffs is at 60%. A Ravens win over Jacksonville increases those odds slightly. https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2023/upshot/nfl-playoff-picture.html#buf-dal-15=win
