CJ Spiller to get about 12 carries per game
High Mark replied to San Jose Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
He has never commited to running between the tackles and always bounces things outside. He relies on his speed to beat defenders. In a league where he will be playing LBers who have the same 40 time as him, and a league where every team has multiple DBs who are faster than him, that does not work. He is a hard target to hit, because he is shifty, but you cant dance between the tackles, and you cannot dance running behind our OL because there is no hole to piss through let alone run through. Spiller will not find much success as a pure RB. His success will be catching passes and returning kicks. So now we took a kick returner and part-time RB with the 9th over all pick? More of the same from the same old Bills. -
Do the Bills Need a Little F-N-A in our O Line ??
High Mark replied to T master's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Why would we need any veterans? Last I checked the Saints had all 1-3 year players on their roster. All the guys they drafted the last two years also knew exactly how to win/prepare to win the in NFL from day 1. They didnt need anyone he to lead by example because they were perfect already. Also, there wasnt a single FA they signed that helped them win the Superbowl, because like I said, they drafted all their players and they all were instant performers. This is exactly how I feel about our Bills. We dont need a veteran player with 34 experience to captain the new 34 defense because all of our current guys clearly know everything already and are perfect. We dont need a future HOF O-lineman to lead/teach our current OL filled with rooks or sophmore yr guys because they themselves are already locks for the HOF......... -
Intelligence is not welcomed here.

Tim Tebow Brings his Magic to Memphis
High Mark replied to DrDawkinstein's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
People hate Vick because they have a dog, and he kills dogs. People hate Ben because he is a d bag and he gets more tail than they do. People hate Tebow because he is nice, moral, and cares about people. -
Anquan Boldin - a reciever who is much better than Evans - gets traded for 3rd and 4th round picks, then signs a contract paying him less than Evans deal, and you think a team is going to give up a first round pick for Evans? Santonio Homlmes - a reciever who is better than Evans - gets traded for a 5th round pick (albeit he had a pending suspension) and Evans is going to draw a 1st round pick? You need to face reality my friend, literally no team would trade a 1st for Evans with his current contract, in fact, I bet he would clear waivers if he were cut.

Poz Second Best At HIs Position In The League?
High Mark replied to yungmack's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The weakness of our LB core has always been at OLB. Poz looks exposed because he cannot play all 3 LB position. Im not certain he will improve in the 3-4 however, as I never thought taking on OLman was one of his strong suits. -

No one should be suprised by this. This guys role is going to be identical to Reggie Bush's, and I expect less production (not because of him exactly, but because the Saints are a much better team overall). Spiller should be used,IMO, the same way Harvin was used for the Vikes last year. WR 90% of the O snaps he saw, lined up in the back field 3-5 times a game, and the teams main punt and kick returner. With that said, Total luxary pick and not a wise move. Just more of the same from the same old [under .500] Bills. -
Tim Tebow Brings his Magic to Memphis
High Mark replied to DrDawkinstein's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Tebow has been blown away by the number of endorsement opportunities, he's also declined some seven-figure per year deals because he thought they would interfere with his football preparation. Yea, I dont see this guy failing. -
Kyle Williams Top Playmaker In League At His Position?
High Mark replied to yungmack's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I dont like stats but there was a reason that K WIlliams got voted into the PB last year by the coaches. Not the fans, not the media, the NFL Head Coachs. K. WIlliams was one of the best players on the team last year IMO. HIm and G. Wilson were great for our D, totally outplaying the bigger named guys on the roster. I think the fans saying he is good but not great, and a role player, are completely off base. Yea he isnt the best at his position, but he was the best D lineman on out team last year, and one of the best in the league - evidenced by the people who really know voting him to the PB roster -

The lockout is coming, The lockout is coming!

The Bills may be te only team in the league that woud improve with a lockout. SUPERBOWL!!!!!!! -
-A 70+ yr old GM, who has never been a GM before, and was the only canidate interviewed for the job, and no one - no one - knows exactly how his draft boards have looked in the past. He is given a lot of credit as a great talent evaluater guy, but reality is we have no idea who he has and hasnt liked. He may not have even been in the draft room on draft day in SD - a lot of teams operate that way. - Our head coach is a guy no one wanted. He has been fired from every job he has ever had without much, if any, consistant success. Then, he brings in a RB coach to be OC from a team that couldnt run the ball, and 90% of his sh*tty staff at GT - a staff that couldnt get it done at the college level. For me its not what the organization is trying to do, its how they are going about doing it.

exactly where he should have been drafted -
Kaz says: May 7, 2010 1:36 PM NOW the Bills want to upgrade their needs? Should of handled this during the draft instead of taking luxury picks at a position they were stacked at. Couldn't have said it better myself. And dont give me that "BPA" line here, because I simply dont believe that A - Spiller would qualify as BPA, and B- Anyone but RW made the selection.

Sources: Texans' Cushing Suspended for 4 Games
High Mark replied to McBeane's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
People seem to forget that Merriman came back and from the suspension and had 17 sacks - which was tops in the league-in 12 games. His suspension, like Cushings, dates back months before the start of the season. AKA he was off the roids for months before it starter Then the next year he has 12.5 sacks Then he tears ACL Then he has a bad year because everyone knows it takes a min. of two years to get back to full strength. http://www.nfl.com/players/shawnemerriman/...le?id=MER568200 Merriman is still on of the best pash rushers in the leaegue, and if he is on the trade block, we should be all over it. -

NFL preparing to use replacement players
High Mark replied to major's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Im trying out for sure. -
So the guy is being ripped on for being intense? Thats bad? I guess it is perception but I think thats a huge plus. I want my QB demanding accountability and having a fire to win. Knowing the Steve Smith doesn't like him is also a plus because Smith is a D bag. I bet Manning barks at his WRs too. Yea he is proven, but he wasnt always proven. Clausen needs to prove himself, then I guess this will be viewed in a positive light.

New Vikings stadium defeated in state committee
High Mark replied to fairfaxbill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
+100000 The NFL makes how many billions a year in revenue? Build your own damn stadiums, then maintain your own damned stadiums. Government money should not be funding stadiums for pro sports who turn BILLIONS in revenue. Lets get real, these stadiums are used 10 times a year. 8 home games, 2 pre season, and that it if you odnt make the playoffs. What the hell does it need to be so nice for? The Ralph is perfect. Nice turf field, big score board, decent seats, and GREAT site lines. Better than any of the other stadiums I have been to - including the Pats, Ravens, and Penn St. Let Jerry Jones have his 90,000 square foot mega tron TV that get hit by punts and his obstructed view seats, Ill take the Ralph every day of the week. (please get more bathrooms though and shelves in the urninals for my beer cause its hard to get out mr winkie is full suit Carharts with a beer in hand) -
How exactly did you come to that conclusion? Is it because of the 1.5 above average starters we have on the OL? (Levitre and injured Wood) Is it becasue we took a 5th and 7th round OLmen who are both projects yet will be required to start at some point this season? Is it because our starting LT from last year was the league leader in false start penalties and coming off an ACL injury? Maybe its because our other two returning Ts were cut/released from Det and GB? Or maybe its because our C was rated the worst in the league at the position last season? Or maybe its because we have new QBs who will be able to read the D better pre snap and put the team in a better play call, or maybe is the ultra successful, proven winner of a coach we just hired - who hasnt been fired from every position he has ever held, including GT in the ACC, multiple OC positions in many cities....and the KANSIS CITY CHIEFS OC POSITION AFTER THE PRESEASON. OOOOO, you think adding a 200lb RB who never ran between the tackles in college, and is best known for his kick and punt returns, is some how going to create holes for himself, then learn to run through them, and learn to run with power, while still being able to out run everyone on the field, with 8-9 guys in the box.... ....but then again, I didn't drink the kool-Aid
