  1. Ya, I remember something like that. They asked Marv about it, and he said that they had Whitner targeted the whole time and didn't want to risk someone else taking him even though he was a consensus late first round pick. As nice of a guy he is, Levy made some really dumb moves as GM.
  2. Ya, and afterwards they both teamed up with Santa Claus to gangbang the tooth fairy.
  3. The answer is simple. Toronto is a much more happening city than Buffalo.
  4. Does anyone have a video link of this? It's not on youtube and I missed it.
  5. It's an april fool's joke. Read the fine print at the bottom.
  6. Seeing that image, I'm inclined to think the mugshots were mixed up and they got Richard Seymour's brother's pic instead.
  7. The easy, and probably most accurate factor, in determining how the Bills' do this year is Edwards. Not only his ability to stay healthy, but to grow a set and chuck it downfield more than once a game. He's got talent, but I don't think he's been pushed by the zombie-esque coaching staff and mild-mannered teammates. Cue T.O.!
  8. Buffalo wouldn't even be playing a featured game on opening weekend if it wasn't for T.O. And the ESPN commentators are pretty good and entertaining.
  9. And the word is spelled "humourous", you illiterate yankees!
  10. Good post, man. Logic does have a place here, regardless of how it may seem sometimes. What you're saying is the likelier scenario, I would have to admit, but the reason why people here aren't discussing it much is simply because the end result is us missing the playoffs. Again. Meaning, worst case scenario is that we're not really any worse off this time next year as we have been the last 9 years. On the off chance that you are wrong, or even if you are right, but he still helps the Bills make the playoffs, it will be a successful venture.
  11. Where do you get this from? I've heard from many people that he has to 'improve his route running'. Am I missing something here? How do you know what route he was supposed to run, and if he ran it correctly or not? I don't remember all of his plays being iso'd. Just seems like a general blanket statement people come up with when they have to figure out why a receiver isn't putting up numbers. What I witnessed about the former #81 this year: 1. Wasn't thrown to enough. No matter how crappy a receiver he may be according to some here, there's no reason why he should have ended up with only 9 catches on a team this thin at WR. 2. Looked bad on two consecutive deep balls thrown to him against the Rams (perhaps the main reason he's been labelled as someone who didn't 'fight for the ball'). Both of which were woefully underthrown by Edwards and would have been difficult catches even for a vet. 3. Made two great TD catches. First one against Jax, pass that came a bit too late, but he still adjusted. The second against New England was in garbage time, and behind him, but he made a really good adjustment at the end. This team really needed to grow some balls and air the ball out. Whether that is the fault of the coaching staff or Edwards, they pretty much beat themselves most weeks by not trying to stretch the field. I almost hope T.O. blows up on these fools early this year if things are still the same.
  12. I think it's great. Irrelevance is worse than being hated.
  13. Geez...give this lame moniker a rest. Why couldn't your father have worn a glove?
  14. I think your helmet is on too tight. The Bills don't play the Cowboys this year, and that is not a conspiracy...it's the way the schedule is set up. And it isn't being set up to give the Pats an advantage against the Bills. In case you haven't noticed, they haven't really needed it lately. As for the commentators, Jaworski is a bills fan, and Tirico and Kornheiser have given no indication of NE 'ball washing' and in the last two monday nighters at Buffalo have actually praised the Bills more than the opponent. I actually like that broadcasting team, not sure why people don't. You're thinking of Joe Theismann verbally fellating Bruschi. He's doesn't do those games anymore. I think this is great news. Sure the Bills usually stink it up in primetime, but they've been doing that a lot no matter what time they play. The atmosphere and excitement ratchets up quite a bit when you're playing on monday night.
  15. Garcia is gay? Have you seen his wife? Can't believe a guy that looks like Boggs from Shawshank could score a girl like that.
  16. Hahahahaha That just made my day. Great post!!
  17. I believe you just suffered a premature evaluation. Don't worry...happens to the best of us.
  18. Jeez, can you please find a place on the net that is more suitable to your level of intellect? We all get a little dumber after reading your latest inane post. Or you could go back to riding the gear shift on your aston martin. Just make sure it's in park.
  19. Great X-Files reference! His character was apparantly killed when the show ended in 2002. Seeing as how the Bills still haven't won the super bowl, I think he somehow escaped.
  20. Well that's great news. I figured Ralph would ask you before the Bills decided, so it's wonderful that you don't care which game it is. Thanks, you xenophobic douche. Us 'dumb canucks' are eternally grateful to Homo the Robot.
  21. This is hilarious. Is he really this much of a buffoon?
  22. Indeed...we are fans, we're allowed to dream. Beating the cowboys in the super bowl...I could get gonorrhea, herpes and a kidney stone the next day and still be the happiest guy in the world.
  23. Haha...great post! They've already cost me this spring/summer. Will be thinking of opening day everyday for the next six months.

  25. Guessing you're the bastard child of the Hardy family that had to pay double.
