    That is interesting and if it plays out this way I assume a few things-First Whaley wants to see how Darby does. Second Whaley believes he can find another Darby or talented CB through the draft. Third Whaley believes worse case scenario he can find a solid CB in FA. A 'second tier' CB that can play opposite Darby.

    No doubt! Foster was not looking great before his last injury IIRC. Used sparingly and as a back up/insurance role he might have something to contribute . Look at him like a Chris Johnson in Arizona last year.

    We as Bills fans love these options- Fitz retires leaving the Jets with Geno, no need to explain. Fitz comes back and starts for the Jets, Bills beat him twice. The second time to send the Jets home. Fitz plays for another team the Bills face, giving the Bills a great shot at a win. Fitz plays for someone else in the NFL, thus they are not a real contender.

    I think it would be cool if all teams did this... like other posters have said, what can it hurt now? Everyone is drafted and signed(i think) at this point.

    the trade was amazing. Kiko is not even with the Eagles anymore. As far as the contract goes, I'm not sure. In this thread there is two very different points of opinion on how the contract is structured. When Healthy McCoy is probably the best player on the field. I think he has two more years of max production left before he starts the decline.

    Ding ding ding He will never win a meaningful game. Meaningful- a game to get you into the playoffs or a playoff game. His team may make the playoffs, but it will not be a win and in game. Fitz melts under the pressure.

    exactly...Fitz is what he is. There is zero chance he wins a meaningful game...he never has. The best case scenario for Buffalo is for Fitz to resign and start for the Jets. .

    Very true. Schwartz seems like he can handle the Defensive side of the ball and even all those players. Schwartz struggled learning how to step away from that and into HC material. It did not help that Stafford is very inconsistent.

    IF TT is playing for Denver next year i am sure the rational posters here will realize he was not worth a big deal. Heck even Clayton concedes that the entire NFL agrees.

    That is interesting. I was watching the show All or Nothing last night. The cards have a 'pass rush' coach. Just like in any other area of business, IF everyone is on the same page then it works...if you have different people teaching the same person different techniques...well that is when problems occur.

    This cuts both ways. Bills will also have three games on the Pats offense without Brady. BB is going to be wondering what D Rex will throw out there, the D from the first game or the second game. BB is the best coach of the last 30 years, i have no doubt the Pats will have a chance to win every game Brady misses.

    I am concerned the weight gain is connected to it. Like he failed one, got off the stuff and put on a bunch of weight. OR he is addicted to alcohol. I have seen people battle with alcoholism and weight flux is a sign.

    What was the substance? I tried to figure it out from the posts... My concern is when was the test? How is the weight gain connected to the substance, if at all?

    I remember this one vividly. I kicked a clothes hamper so hard it flew across the room. A girl I was going out with got scared.

    If Miller doesn't sign that he is nuts. Miller is a very good player who got on a hot streak and played against the right teams In the playoffs and SB. Good for him!

    When i think of this group i do not think of Gilmore. I do not think of any CB honestly. Personally i think the Bills get a deal done with Gilmore. The deal will be front loaded over the next three years. This will provide the Bills flexibility for when Darby is needed to be resigned. IF Darby gets better then he was last year, he will be the priority.

    This makes sense to me. In man Taylor could see who was covering who and also see safeties. Zone he has to check areas as well as the receiver. Taylor will have to learn how to have his brain processing the info his eyes are giving him at a faster pace . This will be part of his development this season. If he can do this I think we will all like the results.

    Stevie and Chandler are the same type of player for me. Good guys, played hard, but were not winners. When given the opportunity to effect the outcome of a game in a positive manner, they would fail. I mean late in the game and make a big play. Not just the drops, but also not getting open.

    Out of the top 10 Arianes and Reed are the two who stick out as doing great coaching jobs last year.
