Week 12: Broncos at Bills
atlbillsfan1975 replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Kind of like the Bills did last year? not saying Denver will be easy, none of them are. If the team plays like they did yesterday they will win against Denver. -
Exactly. Once again you nailed it. I’d like to see if the staff can make Corey Liuget into the next Phillips. In a perfect scenario for the Bills Liuget plays solid down the end of the season rotating in and Bills bring him back on a one year deal like they did with Phillips this year.

Move Daboll to the box

For me, the was a better game. On the road and it was a ‘must have’ game for a playoff run. Allen also looked in total control and made the right decision a lot. -

We need Cody to step up big time against Von Miller. Brandon Allen isn’t a scary QB to face. Staff has two games to study. I feel McDermott and Frazier can hold him in check. Run D will be tested again. -
Riveron is bad. The fact his name is so widely known and has been at the center of numerous controversies, I have to agree with Hopkins. Time for someone new.

Lol, autocorrect for a couple of nice runs late

He iced the game against Bama with a couple of nice runs late. Small guy but powerful. I don’t like picking running backs before the third round myself, maybe a second if you find a Chubb type talent.

Romo just nailed how you beat the Pat's...

The fall is coming very soon for the Pats. This may be Belichick’s best coaching ever. I can only speak for myself, I don’t want others teams fans here posting. You want to come on and read , fine, but I know you won’t come around after the Pats start losing or lose in the playoffs. Gloating and fair weather fans aren’t my favorite. -

Please come on this board when you exit the playoff without the Super Bowl. It’s not happening this year. Bad offense, very beatable defense. -

Part of my point was Daboll being removed from the sideline so Brian has time to calm down before reacting to mistakes by Allen. -

Allen’s best game of the year and maybe as a pro. -
College game day thread wk 12

LSU’s offense verses UGA’s defense is going to be something to see. Strength verse strength. I hold out some hope for UGA because a LSU’s defense is very bad. UGA’s offense hasn’t been great. Going to be a fun game. -
Buh Bye Tide!

If the Bills will draft a RB in the first round I’m sure some team will spend a first on Tua. Granted it might be the Dolphins or Raiders second pick in the first round. i hope Tua makes a full recovery. Young man is a great guy and deserves a healthy shot at a chance to be a pro QB. As for Bama, I enjoy watching Nick knowing the end is here. Bama will be great again, but this year is over.

Anyone else think Bills will dominate on Sunday?
atlbillsfan1975 replied to ShakAttack's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I’m hoping that turns out to be like the Atlanta game a few years ago where Buffalo went on the road and made plays to steal a win. -
Is there a role for Tyler Kroft on the Bills?
atlbillsfan1975 replied to Phil The Thrill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Here is another negative to having a complex offensive system. We have heard from Jon Brown that this is one of the more expansive offenses he has played in. Kroft is the most proven all around TE on the team right now. Knox has a higher ceiling but as we have seen he needs more time to be consistent. I really think Kroft could be a good receiving option for Allen, if Daboll can figure out how to get him on the field. -

True. I think the Bills win the next two then win 1 of the four ‘hard games’. I want it to be Dallas so Thanksgiving is more peaceful. Then the Bills beat the Jets and get into the playoffs with the 5th seed. I don’t really think the media is off base not believing in the Bills yet. Buffalo is still searching for a signature win. The good news is they will have plenty of opportunities to get that win. -

I hope so. This is the type of game the Bills need to impose their will on the Dolphins. No excuses, it’s week 10 and the offense needs to step up and play complimentary football to the defense. -
Initially maybe, but as time goes on Sean would do well for himself to learn and be involved with the offensive side of the ball. That’s what good HC’s do. Look at Belichick.

Now is the time to stop playing not to lose!!!
atlbillsfan1975 replied to PUNT750's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I know this is splitting hairs but every time I hear Sean say ‘we want to score points’ , I wish he would say ‘score touchdowns’. Most likely this is a reaction by me from the last games finally drive. -
Quincy Enunwa the latest Jet to put team on blast
atlbillsfan1975 replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
If it was consistent with team practices than he knew what was going to happen. His actions led to the outcome. Maybe the punishment was excessive but allowing the player a pass only leads to more actions of the same. I am not familiar with the player and how mush his salary is. How big is that fine in percentage to his pay? Where is the TV? Who sees that? Having said that I do believe Jets have a culture and locker room issue that seems to be growing under Gase not getting better.
