  1. I don't know. The D Line is underperforming a lot, maybe due to the scheme, I don't know. The DBs are doing really good. Darby and Gilmore are holding it down. The Offense with Manuel or Taylor is horrendous. The Time of Possession is just killing the D. The Bills can't keep the defense off the field. There is no quick way to fix this mess. They have to start by sustaining drives on offense and then maybe switching back to a 4-3 applying pressure with the big money four. W2, H, and D will get pressure by themselves, which leaves the LBs in coverage or run stop. But this is all mute unless the Offense can stay on the field longer then the Defense. Plus fire the damn training staff already. The team has more injuries every year then any other team.
  2. I think McCoy has been more of a bust this year then Watkins. Watkins is the reason the team did so well the first week. Other teams have to account for him, which opens up Harvin. Then you couple McCoy being out and pretty much defenses can stop the run, thus stop the Offense. The Titans bottled up a crappy offense today which made the defense stay out way to long. Taylor has to play every game like he did today in the 3rd/4th QTR when Watkins and/or McCoy are out.
  3. Brown probably gave up some info to the Pats. They brought him in the week they played the Bills. I thought it was weird they didn't grab him right away, because Whaley was so high on him the last couple of years. But after some thought, the Bills probably think he turned some info over to the Pats. Really, why not Ray Rice? He will take the league minimum. He is good on the field; won't cost a PF 15 yards penalty or other crazy problems. Hughes probably has more penalty yards then McCoy rushing yards at this point.
  4. 4-4. Bengals are good, Titans look good, Dolphins should have a new coach and the Jags will be close. The Bills are not a good team. They beat a depressing looking Colts team and smashed the Dolphins. Legitimate teams are beating the Bills bad. I also think the problem this week is the team completely overlooked the giants as a threat. Watkins and McCoy sat to let their injured get back to 100%. Play hurt. McCoy and Williams give the Bills a two headed monster which teams have to plan against both. The NJ Giants planned against the tough Williams and shut down the passing game.
  5. Really? Go the Pats* way. Well hell, if it works for the Pat*, itll work for us.
  6. Can't believe Whaley would trade a hometown favorite. But then look at what pegulas did to the sabres. Same footsteps. Big name players led to worst season and continuous rebuild.
  7. I see all the reports about him wanting to start but I think Manuel gets another shot and they are looking for a mentor. Hoyer will be a avialble
  8. TJ Graham. Who else could lay down in the end zone during a kick off like him.
  9. Yeah, like they said. First, the red helmet is ugly. No one liked them besides Fergeson. If they brought back a throw back, the helmet would still be white for the above mentioned reason. Notice the Jets dont wear the brown helmets anymore.
  10. Yeah, it's time to bring out the Jets. We can get a Buffalo riding in a Jet. That's pretty much what the team will resemble next year anyway.
  11. Yes it is. Very Similar to how the Pegula's Sabres ownership started. Unfortunately, that has not progressed well.
  12. I dont mean to be the bad guy here, but Pegulas open wallet is what led to the demise of the Sabres. He is following the same blue print. Hopefully it ends different.
  13. The one and only Dennis Thomas. Who?? Yeah, Buffalo Bills are pretty much the Buffalo Jets now.
  14. Rex asks Hackett for a drink. Hackett asks Rex who he thinks he is. Rex responds, I'm sorry, you're the Bills audio manager. You are always wearing headphones trying to ensure the audio is working.
  15. The three get into a fight to see who will start. Cutler misses Orton and hits a random person (INT), Orton just throws a bunch of air punches missing everything, and Manuel just stands there until he gets knocked out because he is unsure who to hit first.
  16. I agree, Start Manuel. I liked the Orton switch but he has slid to nothing. If the Bills lose against the Packers, then put manuel in at the end of that game. Manuel now has seen how a veteran QB has played. Before this, he was in competition with Kolb (last year) and Orton (this year). I dont think he was ever properly mentored and he needed to be.
  17. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Trade Manuel? For a 1st rounder. He wasn't even a first round value when he was drafted. Nix stated he was going to draft the QB of the future. He drafted this guy and the retired. He is sitting at home laughing. I would trade a 3rd of 4th rounder for Cutler. Nothing higher. The best thing Pegula could do now is stay the course for one more year. I would make D Squared try to figure this thing out next year. Whaley and Marrone traded this coming years first rounder to move up and get Watkins. If Pegula fires both this year then they get off the hook for screwing the organization another year.
  18. I say Marrone. Doug2 (Whaley and Marrone) and Cashman traded next years first round pick to get Watkins because "He can get us over the hump". Well I say Pegula keeps the three musketeers so they can deal with the aftermath of having no 1st rounder in the next draft. See what they do. 15 years, no post season, we can wait another. At least no one will ever break the record.
  19. McKelvin is the most frustrating player to watch on this team. He is second in the league in ints, but is always getting burned and sometimes looks completely lost. He did well last year, but has regressed in his CB role. The fumble is what it is. If Brown had not fumbled near the end zone and Orton hit the two WRs in the end zone-complete overthrows- this game would have been done in the third quarter. I see how every one is looking at Spiller, but he has a great gang around him. FJ, Brown, and Dixon have picked up where he couldn't play. It's not as frustrating as watching McKelvin. Well enough said. On to Miami on Thursday night.
  20. Yeah, please delete this post. Manuel did well. Not great, but not bad. The Chargers beat the Seahawks. What was the realistic expectation of this game? Yeah, I wanted Buffalo to win; but, Seattle lost to the same team!.
  21. Well it's not like they are booing him. It's the damn QB play. Manuel looks lost. He might be the best QB in practice, but in games he is way out of his league. The WRs don't help him either.
  22. I agree but the rest of the AFC East is good too. Miami maybe the only team we could sweep. The Jets and Pats look good and have great Defenses.
  23. I wouldn't trade Spiller. Trade Jackson. He is over the hump at this point. Brown is Spiller's back up after this season. Jackson's # 22 is gone.
