  1. Maybe they won't cut him because he has the keys the playbook. He was the starter and all. Not that the playbook is deep and confusing.
  2. This is good. I was just thinking to myself the other, "at least the WR depth can't get worse". Bills - "Hold my beer"
  3. Like everyone else said, it'll cost more then that. But If they have to give up a 1st and Lawson and Washington, it still may be worth it. He not only is one of the top LBs in the league but went to school in Buffalo. That would make the team money with merchandise and bring in a good storyline to follow. That'll bring some national attention.
  4. No, I wouldn't trade either picks to go up. The team needs some impact players which you can get with the 21 and 22 draft pick. I think if they get who they want at 21, then think they can trade back to gain another pick, thats what they should do.
  5. I support a dome and like others, with a retractable roof. For a small market team, Pegula needs a way to make more money off other things like concerts and such. New Ear is great for outdoor football and summer concerts. Maybe winter classic NHL game, but not much else. Also, you could attract more free agents to the team. But I do love the out door snow football like today, but the snow and cold doesnt give us much of an advantage today, maybe back in the 60s, 70s.
  6. I question Bean and MCD too; however, Darues made himself expendable through his off field actions and lack of on field actions. Who knows what will happened over the next three years. But doing the same thing over the last 17 years has resulted in nothing. At least Beane and Ronald MCD are trying something different.
  7. The team will drop the next couple of games against some of the best QBs in the NFL. The Defense won't hold up against Carr and OAK WRs Corp. Last week, the Bucs showed the NFL how to beat the Bills Secondary. They still lost obviously, but it'll be a rough patch for the next couple of games for the team.
  8. Someone needs to take him on the field, point up to the wall of fame, and walk away.
  9. Bledsoe too, maybe Flutie also. Hell lets put Phillips up there as well.
  10. It's all part of the "tank". The week before the Matthews trade, Matthews was looking like he lost his job in Philly. He was on his way out. Bean and McD got together, agreed to tank, but McD's reputation is built on Defense. He likely ensured the Defense looked good so his reputation was still solid. Think about it. McD has been running good Defenses under Defensive minded HCs or an assistant D Coach. In Philly, he was under Jim Johnson as the assistant. After McD replaced Johnson, he only lasted two years until Ried, uncharacteristically, fired McD. Then he goes to Carolina under Defense HC Ron RIvera. So far, McD has only been good under Defensive minded HCs. So if this whole HC thing goes south, he has to ensure he will be hired again as a DC somewhere. So far he is doing a great job with the Defense, but so was Schwartz with similar players. Rex just jacked it all up. Matthews will be a FA next year and will likely head somewhere else. The Offense will be in complete rebuild next year, with a new QB, new WRs and maybe even a new RB. http://www.csnphilly.com/the700level/speculation-about-jordan-matthews-future-eagles-ramps-again http://www.nfl.com/news/story/09000d5d81db2c4c/article/eagles-fire-dc-mcdermott-who-could-land-in-denver-carolina http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2011/01/17/sean-mcdermott-lands-on-his-feet-in-carolina/
  11. No. Panthers smash us. The Jets are terrible. The Panthers will be playing a similar D, so maybe the Bills score points, but McD's secondary gave up some yards to Mclown. Cam Newton is going to throw through the air. When McD switches to covering the pass, then Cam will run. The D will break at the end of the third quarter and the Panthers will run away in the forth. The Panthers will be a great feat for the Bills to play against. I think the Bills could have a chance, but at this early stage in the season, the Bills haven't matured enough yet to compete against the Panthers. Fans will be calling for McD's and Beanbabies heads on Monday.
  12. No, I'm not a McBean2 supporter either, but no.
  13. Mcd is a defense genus. He doesn't need RBs. He needs more DBs and camo hats! Sean the Tank, Sean the Tank, Sean the Tank, We're going tanking!!!!
  14. Maybe Williams didn't do well in a MMA style training and was not wearing a camo hat.
  15. TT is a Bill this entire year. They have no reason to trade him and no one to trade him too. The next target will be McCoy. He is 29, in his prime, and had a couple of great years left. But he has a high price tag. He'll probably be traded soon.
  16. Didn't Curly Bill get shot by the same guy he said that to? In the movie, he got blasted in the river by Wyatt Earp. This trade is the rebuild and tanking. It's the Sabre model Pegula has been using over at his rink. They really need to trade McCoy now too.
  17. Million Dollar man. And yes, this team continuously has medical issues.
  18. The Bills are in a rebuild. Maclin is not a good piece for a rebuild.
  19. na, we are back to the Dick J days. Trade top talent for picks then grab every DB in the draft.
  20. Na. I was talking about when he was GM. Remember the 06-07 seasons?
  21. Ha, It starts with ONE firing of a GM then the other GM. Or maybe they mean one win this year.
  22. They should let him be a GM/Coach. I'm surprised any one wants to interview for a GM job in which hey have little to no control. I'm also perplexed the Bills are letting a rookie coach make so many decisions. He hasn't won a game as a HC yet he is in total control of the team.
