  1. How does the locker room face him after that performance? And by "we haven't got the talent," he most likely meant on offense but didn't want to single them out, since it was obvious.
  2. You start, I'll join...never.
  3. Polinski? Again despite missing Schobel (who took the only semblance of a pass rush with him) for 8 games and not having Crowell, the Bills' defense has given-up 21.2 PPG, good for 12th fewest in the NFL. Would I like to see better DE's and another starting LB'er over Ellison? Sure. But the defense isn't the reason the team is losing games. I agree, although with a threat at #2, Evans would be a true #1 WR. And they need a new (and real) OC.
  4. I've been saying for awhile that Carucci isn't close to the same reporter he once was. And while I agree that it's more the offense that's the problem, Jauron hasn't distinguished himself as being a winning coach.
  5. The Bills have talent on ST's and defense, and despite the injuries and a lack of a pass rush, they're playing very well and keeping the Bills in the games. Where there's a lack of talent, on the coaching side, is on offense.
  6. Get rid of the cover-2 and demote Schonert back to QB coach.
  7. Nope. It won't make a difference either way. Jauron's either gone or he's not, regardless of the QB.
  8. Better draft position as well.
  9. No. Go for Spagnuolo.
  10. The "Best New Artist" grammy is the kiss of death.
  11. So just because JP said the Jax game was a "statement" game (when the Jags were a good team, the Bills were on the road, he didn't have Lynch, and the defense and ST's didn't play well), he should never be allowed to lead the team again? Was that game any worse than any of Trent's games over the last 5 losses? So because he avoided calling any of them a "statement" game, he's free and clear? I just don't get this. As I said elsewhere, start Hamdan. Starting JP tells me the coaches are playing for their jobs, because playing him may lead to some wins but get the Bills nowhere since he's gone at the end of the year. The Bills at least stand a good chance of re-signing Hamdan if he plays well.
  12. He may have signed it, hence all the rumblings at the time. But it still could be contingent upon the Bills making the playoffs.
  13. You get the coveted "post of the thread" award. This is Jauron's 2nd go-around as a HC. He still is a poor game manager. Despite the way Trent played in the 5 losses, there were things that could have been done to get a win. The Bills have no excuse to not be 8-4 at least, and SHOULD be 9-5, if not 10-4. Personally I've seen enough of Jauron to have real concerns that the Bills will never see the playoffs under him, and were they to get into the playoffs somehow, wouldn't get past the 1st round. Maybe the next coach will be bad too, but that's no reason to stick with Jauron.
  14. Wow, that's UNBELIEVABLE meddling! Making the 4th round pick? Shameful! Who were the Bills going to take otherwise? Did he become anything? Were they waffling and had no idea who they were going to take, hence the reason Ralph stepped-in?
  15. He's right. But nothing will change/can be done about it.
  16. I opened the Raquel Welch pics first, and they ruined the rest for me. She was a woman. The others to me, in comparison, are girls. Beautiful girls, but girls nonetheless.
  17. Yes they are. But Tomlinson looks like he's on his last legs and Turner is gone. That's a big blow to their offense.
  18. Thomas? You mean Royal. But Avery was picked before Hardy and Jackson and Royal at 5'10" weren't going to be drafted by the Bills.
  19. The Chargers went to the AFCCG last year, winning 2 playoff games to get there, in the first year under Norv Turner. Under Marty, they lost their first playoff game in 2004 and 2006.
  20. I was just about to post this. Ted Rogers would have been the owner and the face of the franchise. Now they don't have him and instead have a corporation, which won't fly, and I doubt anyone has the money Rogers did. And his heirs will divide his money and (I assume) get taxed on it.
  21. So grunt, what happened? What about you, HR?
  22. How can that be? We were told that the Jags are infallible when it comes to defense, and that the defense played better the past 2 years without Stroud.
  23. The Hardy observations come from you and others who were at the game. The rest are my own observations, which agree with yours.
