Firstly, please don’t turn into a walking advertisement for that website. Secondly, this is a problem everywhere. Spammers take advantage of code in ads and insert these malicious gift card ads. This is more of a hijacking then it is purposeful on their part. Presumably, it could happen here without my knowledge.

That segment is the worst segment in radio. Effing terrible and I turn it off immediately when it comes on. Their celebration of stupidity is an embarrassment to the station. Please run these contest proposals through me. This is very similar to @LABillzFan running his "Dinner is on me smartass" Bills game predication contest that he has been doing forever. I'm not sure if he is doing it this year, but I would have liked to check in with him first. Announcing contests on your own runs the risks of conflicting with activities I may have already planned.
