  1. Past hour
  2. I didn't know about this. I'll have to check it out next time I'm in Buffalo. This is a little idiosyncratic, but I visit Parkside Chocolate on Main Street roughly every other time I'm in town. I like chocolate and I like architecture and Parkside Chocolate is a little, decaying architectural gem with decent chocolates, including Buffalo's unique "sponge candy."
  3. Pizzeria Florian in East Aurora is the best pizza in WNY, without question. Ranked in top 50 worldwide, if I'm not mistaken. It's run by the Jay who founded Jay's Artisan Pizza, which he eventually sold to an understudy. There is much else in East Aurora, including Bar-Bill (elite wings) and a nationally impressive Borderlands music festival lineup this weekend, so consider a slight venture east of town for all that.
  4. these with the red helmets
  5. Does the fact that a very large percentage of major metros have been led by democrats and subject to democrat policies for decades on end play into any of it? Were the policies implemented in these cities for decades just benign bits of nothing with no real world impact?
  6. Sorry, Josh, I know you signed here to be a targeted WR with a top-flight QB, but our coach wants to mirror the offense of the Kordell Stewart-era Pittsburgh Steelers. Enjoy your three targets a week, though!
  7. Do the white over blue unis most likely ensure tops and bottoms color contrast against the Jets (assuming Jets go with green tops and either white or green bottoms)? Do players have any input/influence? Or is it just the Bills marketing all the combos throughout the season? Fans on the other hand almost universally prefer white over white for Bills away games, innit? I specifically prefer blue over white or white over blue BUT WITH RED HELMETS. Combination of 70s-90s kit combos. Gimme red home endzones while we're at it, thank you very much.
  8. Big Ed.....I am on board. One game doesn't create a monster though. Lets see it week in and week out. I am ALL over that crap if he does it!! GO BILLS! Go Ed!
  9. Lol Good for you. Still bottom barrel scum. Pretty sure I used the right words this time.
  10. I can tell you that when I went to my first home game last year, it was a perfect day. Parked at a good neighbor’s home on Sheldon, tailgated some, and walked in. Let go of all the preplanning minutiae in my head that can ruin a good time, and kept it as simple and spontaneous as possible. Wife and I had the time of lives. Three back a few at the two corner spots after the game and had the best time with more fans and good neighbors. Nothing will ever compare. As for the other stuff to do, you’ll hear it all here in the posts. Follow the advice. Oh, go shopping at the Bills stores. All of them if you have to. Needed to buy two suitcases at TJ Max for the flight home. Wishing you good vibes on your trip, youuuu!!!
  11. Warranted. Call them out. All of them.
  12. Thank you for sharing your story.
  13. Full ban. He just posted Kirk had it coming.
  14. Don't you dare blame the media for quoting PEDO DON.
  15. But I don't think you intentionally redline it "for the duration of the game" if the game script goes as intended: attacking and scoring to establish enough of a lead to make your opponent's offense more predictably pass-heavy/one-dimensional. I don't love any of this prescriptive or compensatory game-planning, but we have to admit our defense needs help against the better offenses. The real question becomes: can the current Bills DL/pass rush actually capitalize on such an advantage? We don't necessarily have a Dwight Freeney/Mathis (Colts used this model--ahem, Polian) or a Bruce Smith/Seales/Bennett (Bills also under Polian) pass rushing tandem who can consistently/quickly pressure the QB in obvious passing situations.
  16. Are the stats true or not? You are confusing what is statistically relevant with what I condone. You can acknowledge something as relevant and also not condone it. My entire response was to a poster who suggested major metros are more infected with crime because of left leaning policies. No, they're more infected with crime because they have higher %'s of the population represented by indicators of increased crime. I'm glad you made a solid life for yourself, but this huge backlash over just recognizing what is clearly an increased likelihood of a behavior is a bit of needless outrage.
  17. McDermott said in his presser that they got out of Baltimore pretty healthy. I expect these guys all to play this week based on his comments
  18. Usually, the Bills players with nagging injuries go Limited on Wed. and Thurs., then Full on Friday......if there still listed as limited on Friday, they are likely not to play. The Friday injury report will tell the story, IMO.
  19. The Democrat Party. That one news channel BREAKING that just fired that anchor for saying the outlandish garbage he said earlier. The news outlets that told you for 10 years Trump is Hitler. The View Hollywood Steven Colbert
  20. To a large extent still true, but I'm troubled by the apparent spread of "American" style mass shootings to other countries too. And political assassinations (which the Kirk killing certainly seems to be) appear to be on the rise worldwide too. These things used to make me angry. Now I just find myself depressed, just praying for it to stop.
  21. I voted for Trump. You need to rethink what’s happened to the Democrat party.
  22. You are so anti democrat it’s alarming
  23. Yes, Sean, grab them by the _ _ _ _ y.
