  1. Past hour
  2. No way of knowing what the outcome would have been, in reality it’s been 2 games and in the minds of fans who’ve been hurt by this team it’s been 3 games lol.
  3. Possibly. I'm not familiar with the legal language in the CBA for tampering/ waiver wire communication Clearly it feels like someone dropped the ball here obviously
  4. What information could they possibly need? We run 3 plays.
  5. None of this is tampering if it happened while he was on the wire, right? Or else we're all wrong for saying Beane shouldve talked to his agent and known better. If he doesnt want to play in Buffalo, fine. He can not report, go on the did not report list, and sit home for the holidays. What's the problem?
  6. Feels like Darwin Walker all over again lol
  7. then another theory is that Beane talked to his agent and the agent okayed it and Slay changed his mind. That seems just as plausible. Might also explain how complimentary Rosenhaus’s comments were (ie, praising the Bills as a first class organization).
  8. The reporter in Philadelphia already said on Twitter, " don't be surprised if he doesn't report to Buffalo" How would he know? Slay & Phili were tampering imo Tell the eagles to call Saul Goodman ....
  9. It's a very good and fair summary. If the maga's here linked from similar sources, we could have actually debate.
  10. Why not put him in the reserve/did not report list? Doesn’t eat up a roster spot, we own his rights and don’t have to pay him
  11. Define tampering here?
  12. I'm told the Bills are a SB contender. Surely a released player wouldn't refuse to play with a legit SB contender in December, right?
  13. What else would unfold?
  14. What did Philly do to make the Steelers release him?
  15. Live by the sword, die by the sword...Brandin Cooks found a way to get off the Saints to play with a better team, and it benefited the Bills. The Slay pickup went the other way. Just cut him and move on before the situation devolves into a bigger embarrassment.
  16. Beans cut Ingram to get us a special WR talent for Christmas. Looks like a few of you ruined Christmas for saying mean things.
  17. The Damar game was the third game. And it appeared they were about to put BTA on the Bills then too
  18. Once Steelers cut him it's not tampering he could've called the agent. He also could've called Pittsburgh. Only 2 teams put in for Slay, Eagles & Bills. Clearly the other teams got the memo & the Eagles knew he wanted to go there. Makes Beane the dumb kid here.
  19. I wonder if there is some rule about this though— ie, can teams reach out to potential waiver players or their agents? Might not be allowed?
  20. My guess is Beane thought he could convince Slay to come here if there was any hesitation on his part. It was a gamble and it backfired hilariously. Why Beane didn't tamper to make sure he wanted to come here is beyond me.
  21. Beane F'd this up. Not McD. If he did his due diligence he should have known he was buying a problem here.
  22. You want to go to the Arts Center?
