  1. Past hour
  2. Weeks before Miami game- I said if we add a stud WR, we win the Super Bowl. If we don’t add, we will be lucky to make the playoffs, or we limp in. Pittsburgh- Cincy- NE- that could be 3 losses. At this point, Buffalo is too flawed on both sides of the ball. If we miss playoffs, I don’t think that’s the worst thing. Changes need to be made. Failures bring changes.
  3. When things are not holding up protection wise, you can always speed things up to throw the defense out of their rhythm.
  4. That's ridiculous because 14 teams make the playoffs and they all have a chance The Giants went to the Super bowl twice and won from the 6th seed Every team has a chance unless you have a tragic quarterback come playoffs... But even then Mark rypin won a Superbowl.. so did Nick foles It's about who gets hot at the right time
  5. Wait until people realize the dead cap hits from trying to shed these bad contracts means it's not changing anytime soon.
  6. The goal should be Super Bowl or bust, this isn't some kids league. What does making the playoffs do other than move the draft pick higher? Sounds like drought ptsd more than anything.
  7. Not with our MVP. Have some balls for a change. Have you ever witnessed Tom Brady totally relying on speed and checkdowns to pull out a close game where his protections frequently broke down? Josh is more than capable of such things.
  8. I think it was pretty obvious early in this season there was something off. Even in the wins it was odd
  9. Up tempo a three and out
  10. I'm at the point where I wouldn't mind if we cleaned house at the end of the season. Coaches and GM. Burn it down and give Josh a chance We used to be Josh with weapons and a good defense and o-line. Then we were josh and a good defense and o-line. Now we're just Josh. (And cook). We've managed to successfull weaken ourselves absolutely everywhere including in the coaching staff. It's not dependable any longer
  11. even without realizing the protection problem, they should look at it. The offense and josh in particular are very rythym oriented, and letting playclock run to zero everytime hurts the rythym. Also running it when best defensive players are on sideline, makes it tough for them to get back in.
  12. Who cares anymore.
  13. Once you realize that protection is not a thing in the pocket, why not just speed everything up offensively? You've got a truly brilliant MVP QB who could easily run this kind of attack on demand. This was yet another playoff preview of what will ultimately rear its ugly head at the worst possible time.
  14. When they converted that 4th and 25 or whatever it was …I thought they were going to win … not that they deserved to mind you… It was nice of them to take it to the wire though… not …I would have preferred to lose 35-7
  15. Man I've had Dion's back here before he was even a pro bowler I don't know he probably thought Josh would get rid of the ball by then because it's actually deep in a drop But that's obviously inexcusable and he's supposed to be a captain He be slapping up guys right after we lost smiling Listen it is a long season and it is a job and you can't take losses too hard.. but Dion has gone from chippy chip on his shoulder To I created an NFL award.. I'm on all the ex-nfl players podcasts.. everybody loves me in the league I still think he's very good.. this is his worst season in a while is false start today on 4th and 1 with the game on the line is f****** inexcusable
  16. Yeah that's where I'm at. Even more broadly than just this coming offseason, what I'm interested in is Allen's 30s. That is the stage we enter next year. This coming offseason will either lay the foundation for that stage or it will narrow our window even further. All dependent on the whims of a billionaire. I don't think the team is as far away as some fans think. We still have Allen in his prime, maybe not at his absolute peak but still well near the top of his game. We have some young pieces on defense that have shown promise including an almost completely rebuilt secondary. We just need a coaching staff and a couple legit WRs. That isn't some monumental undertaking to get us to championship level. The Pats were 3-13, they made a couple roster additions and brought in legit coaches and voila they are 9-2 and in firm control of the division. We could have an equally stark turnaround if Pegula does what's necessary.
  17. I'm just going to say one last thing while my thoughts are coherent and I'm only on my 7th Jack and Ginger now And I want to say this personally to all the Buffalo Bills fans on this website We're only getting one Josh Allen... I don't take any game for granted.. being a Bills fan is always a roller coaster.. I don't expect it any different even though we have the best player in the world I will never take it for granted and I really hope Josh has loved playing for this city community and fans all over the country I do appreciate every single game I get to watch... I don't know how many more times I'll be able to watch games with My Father So every single one yeah I enjoy and Josh is a warrior 4th and the Grand canyon and Josh hits a hook and lateral... This team still has some magic in it All the old timers remember all the crazy stuff you've seen... All the dramatic flair You really think the bills are winning a Super bowl on a 14 and 3 season where we smoke everybody? Or are we going to go on a run for the ages? Our Super bowl has always been written in the stars that it will be just like the bills history edge of your seat
  18. Away game at New England?? The Patriots will be in high gear and so will the crowd. They have a winner again!
  19. WTF is wrong with this dude ?
  20. It's like watching Beavis and Butthead sitting in a Ferrari revving the ***** out of it while it's in park and then throwing it in reverse and backing into the garage door... I find the absurdity of it all mildly entertaining, but mostly I cringe for the Ferrari.
  21. Sure I still enjoy the games. Watching Allen play is always a treat. I like seeing where young players are at in their development. Occasionally you get a laugh out loud moment like the 4th and 27 conversion. What has happened this year though is the losses have bothered me less and less. The Pats loss is the last one that really ruined my week. The way tonight's game ended would have gutted me as recently as two months ago. Watching it unfold tonight I felt nothing. I've already accepted this isn't a championship season so the rest of the year is just exhibition for me. The next time I feel something will be during a press conference some time in late January. What that feeling is will depend on if that press conference is frontlined by Terry Pegula talking about the difficult decision he's made, or by McDermott and Beane talking their usual crap.
  22. You forgot an even bigger difference - the Pats had championship caliber defenses and a first ballot HOF defensive guru as HC. Didn't they win one Super Bowl game 13 - 3 and another by a 20 - 17 score? The other difference was that while Edelman & Welker weren't elite WR's they were very good at moving the chains. Think Beasley on steroids and they were both far superior to any WR Allen has had not named Diggs. As for Grock, he was one of the greatest pass catching TE's in NFL history. I like Kincaid but he has a long way to go before matching Gronk.
  23. Twas a playoff preview again. More physical teams will more often than not beat us. McDermott has taken us as far as he can.
  24. I’ll have to watch the replay tomorrow … I thought opportunity might have presented itself for the ball to be thrown away to avoid the grounding call on some of those plays … that doesn’t try to absolve the OL who were terrible at times …
  25. Today
  26. why would they do that with two completely different QB’s ? Makes no sense
