  2. Tough for the young man. I hope he makes a full recovery. That being said, I don't thing he was going to contribute any meaningful minutes unless he had taken a big step forward. I hadn't seen any reports from camp or play in the Preseaon to suggest that he has. Still, you hate to lose your depth guys because they are just one play away from being forced into meaningful action.

  4. At this point, take care of his surgery, then reach an injury settlement. Let him rehab and try to get a roster spot somewhere else.

  9. Spikes, I love your food thread(s), so don't take this the wrong way: I've eaten multiple chickens in both named countries, plus many others across MENA-AFR region. Always found them to have significantly better flavor than, say, a random chicken bought at Tops or Wegmans. Of course, there's always the danger of food safety when eating locally, or "on the economy" as some folks are familiar with this phrase. Won't elaborate painful memories here...I'm sure we all have relatable stories. Anyway, good luck: very interested in your results!!

  13. Yes I believe it to be true, all teams have injuries. Pulling Kline from vacation was an exceptional case, so I will acknowledge that. However the original post I quoted was saying "this one time" it came across as injuries all the time. All teams have injuries they deal with, you don't remember the teams that overcome them. Even in the Kline game, if Dawkins holds his block the Bills go up by 4 late in the 4th or at a minimum if our kicker can hit a 40 yarder the game is tied. Great teams make the plays that matter down the stretch, that to me is what this team lacks. They don't have the killer instinct in the critical playoff games. Injuries are just an excuse in my opinion.
  14. Odd take. So I guess whenever a QB and team do remarkable clutch things repetitively, we can just take away the credit and give it to luck. Brady, Montana, Elway, now Mahomes. Those skilled coin flippers. They are t just good when it counts they got lucky. Pshhhhh……

  20. That's crazy talk to me. Was he Dissapointing last year? Yes. Knox is better blocker than Kincaid. But there is no world where Knox even comes close to being a better receiving tight end than him
