Kid was pulled over and did not comply with cops at all, there is no defense for kid. If you are driving the cops have a right to ask for your license and registration and you must comply. Another factor pointing towards a difficult season for the Chiefs. The Division should be very tough. On paper, both the Broncos and Chargers will be tough outs. Raiders should be better. At least they have a legitimate QB. Kudos to them if they come out of it with best record in the AFC.
