I was on edge already.. this is the final straw. See ya, This franchise has been mired in sub-average play for a decade. Time to try something different, AKA bringing in players who can play. That Royal was the second casualty this off season HAS to mean a TE playmaker is in the near future -FA or the draft. Owens presence alone means less likely we'll be seeing a lot of blitzing to challenge whether Dockery's disappearance from the OL will be noticed. Reed or Johnson in the slot has to mean even if Trent looks to check down quickly, someone's gonna be wide open. If he drops back 7 yards and sets his feet, then someone's WIDE open deep as well. DAMN! Calm down Chandler.. If we can land the type of guard that DD wasn't -i.e. pulling, trapping- this should provide gapping holes to run through. O.K. I guess I haven't caught my breath yet.. This should work out great for Trent's confidence. One thing is guaranteed...for those who like to complain that the Bills don't get enough national press, you won't be complaining this year.
