It's not the roller coasters. Notice in both incidents, someone jumped the fences to retreive a lost hat. Clearly, the solution is to ban hats. Clearly, the solution is to ban hats. Hats, rollercoasters, amusement parks and whatever the old biddies who think other things are responsible for peoples behavior can think of.
