2007 - Lynch, Poz (who is a ? given IR), and Edwards + some ST help... A- (and could go higher)

2003 - McGee, Kelsay and Crowell + McGahee wasn't a bust... A-

2001 - Schobel, Henry, Clements, and Jennings (albeit 3 aren't with the Bills - but were good when here) A-

2006 - Whitner, Simpson, Butler... an OK draft with some other backups and ST players makes it a B-

2004 - Evans & Losman... I think it's a B- right now - we'll see what happens this year...

2005 - Everett & Parrish... Everett, while a great story, was never an impact. Parrish is the bomb, C+

2002 - Mike Williams... Need I say more? D- (Reed is still here at least for now)

2000 - the worst draft by the bills, possibly ever... F

My .02 anyways... what's your opinion?

Chronologically:

Top 4: 2001, 2003, 2006, 2007

Bottom 4: 2000, 2002, 2004, 2005.

My God, 2000 was awful. RIP John, but you really stuck it to Ralph with that one.

You have to wonder if the guys around Butler agreed with him or thought something was off.

Beats me, but looking back it's so obvious that draft just killed the Bills, who were coming off such a promising 1999 season in which they were a blown lateral away from making a big run. They essentially took a year off, everybody was canned, and the rest is history.

2001 and 2003, especially, were excellent drafts.

2002, 2004 and especially 2005 were simply awful. Gotta wonder if Donanoe lost his marbles by 05.

I think its too soon to properly judge 2006 and 2007. After this year, 2006 is fair game.

That 03' draft was tops for me; Willis is good (not as good as he thinks though), Kelsay starts, Crowell starts, and McGee starts, while Aiken and Haggan were valuable ST contributors.

Mind you, the 07' draft may end up being king sooner rather than later because...

Lynch is awesome and our featire back.

Posluszny will be a star and is a tackling machine.

Edwards looks like he could be the QB of the future for us.

And Wendling is a gunner who is the best punt-cover man in the biz.
