How about Texans playoff game? What about the first playoff game against the Chiefs?  When we faced Bengals in the playoffs their whole oline was second and third string

Every other one you want to make excuses for injuries but I’m not buying it

If you want I can list some of the regular season games our D was worked over the years, or had some hilarious bad moments in key situations like when McCorkle drove the Pats down the field in the last 2 minutes.

Worked over?... The Bills have only lost by more than 6 point 3-4 times in the last 50 or so games... Injuries are bad in tight games.

I thought Vontae retired during a home game?

Correct, it was the first home game against the chargers. We got thoroughly smoked that game. Then the Vikings game happened and we all saw the first glimpses of who Josh Allen was going to be.

With Allen, and this roster/injuries, what do you think is a fair record?

They blew a game against New England with careless turnovers and there is no excuse for the Falcons loss. Losing a divisional road game at Miami, that can happen and Houston on the road is a hard game. Given the injuries I think 11-2 would be about par personally.

LMAO, McDermott watched a QB competition between Allen and Nathan Peterman and thought Peterman won.

If you want to say he groomed defensive backs like Christian Benford or Jordan Poyer, be my guest, but he is borderline clueless when it comes to QB utilization. He has been trying for years to turn Allen into Ryan Tannehill, despite tons of evidence that Allen is at his best when the leash is off and they finally stop fretting about turnovers or balance on offense or anything else other than scoring points.

McD started Peterman to give Josh a little chance to learn.  Bills had a porous line, and weak WRs.  McD didn’t want his #1 QB ending up a broken horse.  Peterman was a disaster, as we all laughingly know.  So McD had to start Josh.  To say McD thought Peterman outplayed Josh is not true.

McDefense will always be the king of Soft Zone, but I’ve noticed an evolution in 2025.

Bills have been lacking Press CBs besides Benford.  Zone they set up too deep often I agree.
