Running it back on O like they did and moving on from Samuel would have been a bad call, not only from a roster standpoint point but also financially. It would have cost them an extra 3 million dollars this year to do that. All things considered he’s been a terrible investment, I don’t think anyone will argue otherwise. Regardless they were not in a position to move on from him last offseason, but it’s no doubt they will this up coming year. Quote
