Who do you most blame for the current state of the Bills?

Beane for me.. Josh Allen has never played on an above average roster.

But the reason we’re in this mess year in, year out at OC is because we have a Defensive Head Coach who can’t seem to field a competent Defense.

In all seriousness though.. It’s Beane by a mile.  This roster is in rough shape and he blew our reset/JA second window on a dumpster fire 2024 Draft and recent extensions that look horrible in hindsight.

 

But even if Josh had weapons on the outside.. does it matter with Brady?  He couldn’t make it work with Diggs.  His concepts in both routes and protections are JV level.

One thing that I will never understand is why we do not hire REAL COORDINATORS.  We have a puppet on the defensive side, and a promote-from-within with no OC experience on the other.  

 

How is that even possible when you have a talent like Allen at QB?  Why aren't we taking coaching seriously?

I think Brady is the biggest issue by far. Next I would say Beane. He is too obsessed with bringing back his own players. He gave bigger contracts to Samuel and Palmer who we barely use (maybe that's on Brady, though).
