KentuckyBillsFan Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Beane for me.. Josh Allen has never played on an above average roster. 2 Quote
BVBILLS Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago All of the above, for sure, mostly how the roster was filled and bad draft picks. Quote
BVBILLS Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Does Mc Clappy realize he is just as guilty of this? McDermott added, “I believe in our offensive staff,” but it’s clear that the offensive scheme needs to get better. Right now, the whole Bills’ offense revolves around expecting Allen to make plays, even when he’s under relentless pressure. That’s not a winning formula. 1 Quote

Freddie's Dead Posted 35 minutes ago Posted 35 minutes ago All of the above, add in Babich and Tabor and the entire training staff, etc.... Quote
SCBills Posted 31 minutes ago Posted 31 minutes ago Beane, followed by Brady. But the reason we’re in this mess year in, year out at OC is because we have a Defensive Head Coach who can’t seem to field a competent Defense. Good times! In all seriousness though.. It’s Beane by a mile. This roster is in rough shape and he blew our reset/JA second window on a dumpster fire 2024 Draft and recent extensions that look horrible in hindsight. But even if Josh had weapons on the outside.. does it matter with Brady? He couldn’t make it work with Diggs. His concepts in both routes and protections are JV level. Quote
Success Posted 31 minutes ago Posted 31 minutes ago It's both Beane & McDermott. One thing that I will never understand is why we do not hire REAL COORDINATORS. We have a puppet on the defensive side, and a promote-from-within with no OC experience on the other. How is that even possible when you have a talent like Allen at QB? Why aren't we taking coaching seriously? Quote
MJS Posted 30 minutes ago Posted 30 minutes ago I think Brady is the biggest issue by far. Next I would say Beane. He is too obsessed with bringing back his own players. He gave bigger contracts to Samuel and Palmer who we barely use (maybe that's on Brady, though). Quote
