Puckman5 Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago I'd still trade him for a couple average DL rotational pieces and an unspectacular "everyone eats" WR. Josh consumes significant cap space and freeing that up would allow us to invest in a sea mediocre JAGs at important skill positions. 1 2 Quote

Kidding aside, this moves Josh into the top 20 for most OPOWs ever. Jim Kelly has one more than Josh at this point, Matt Prater two more. Aside from Prater, only other active player with more is Aaron Rodgers. Good company: https://www.pro-football-reference.com/leaders/potw_career.htm Two observations: There are a bunch of kickers on that list, way too many. That seems very lazy on the part of the people selecting them. Am I seeing it correctly, Patrick Mahomes not on that top 50 list? That too seems a little crazy/off? Quote
rusty shackleford Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago They should probably sit him this week after throwing those two INTs. Quote

Most weeks, isn't a kicker the most likely POW? I mean, maybe lazy, but most weeks a kicker likely is the right choice for special teams POW. I didn't look closely enough at the list, but I'd assume that QBs are the most common OPOW, just seems likely that typically a QB is the right choice; would you call that lazy also? Quote

BRH Posted 25 minutes ago Posted 25 minutes ago The amazing thing about that list is, unless I read it too fast, Ronde Barber has more DPOWs than any player in history not named Lawrence Taylor. He was a great player but I would not have had that on my bingo card. Quote
