The inconsistency in how formation/alignment calls are made is pretty annoying.

You can line up on the "hip" of the man next to you (except for the center, obv) but that gets interpreted differently by different crews.

I have felt for (at least) a couple of seasons now that where they used to be pretty generous with the spots, now they are very stingy.
