Johnnieo64 Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago This is unbelievable. How did Beane not get this done. Williams is a beast and would have immediately made the Bills defensive line one of the best in the league. The only upside is the Jets will be Terrible for many years after the moves that they made the last two days. 1 1 Quote
stuvian Posted 22 hours ago Posted 22 hours ago Williams is a quality player in his prime. Jets are going to go full youth movement next year. I wouldn't let Woody Johnson near my fantasy team never mind a young QB. Quote
dayman Posted 22 hours ago Posted 22 hours ago If the Jets don’t draft a bunch of busts, as they have done, and get a QB, as they have not done, then maybe with the right coaching they’ll be good in 3 or 4 years. Good job Jets. 2 Quote

And a 2nd rounder upgraded to a first…Pretty sure they got two firsts for parsons and Williams was a 1st and 2nd. probably a bunch of cap savings too. It was extremely bizarre and nonsensical timing with their season being just about over but on paper I don’t think the moves have been terrible 1 Quote
Buffalo ill Posted 18 hours ago Posted 18 hours ago Doesn't Dawkins hate some of the Jets players? That could be a factor too. 1 Quote

"If they have any sense" being the key phrase here. It's amazing how many young QB's they've mishandled. I remember Darnold have some good games against us early in his career and thinks he could be the one. He is, just not for the Jets. All that wasted draft capital. Quote

The Bills are one of the Jets biggest rivals. They weren't trading any of their good players to the Bills. Quote

Cowboys should be picking in the top half of the order and bills should be in the bottom couple (hopefully last 😂) bills probably would’ve had to send like two firsts and a late rounder to hit that same trade value or something like that Edited 10 hours ago by Generic_Bills_Fan 1 Quote
zow2 Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago Jets are in really good shape for the 2026 & 2027 drafts. I think they will get their QB and start to really improve as we move into the new stadium and get comfortable there. The 2027 draft is supposedly shaping up to be an all-timer. I haven't studied it whatsoever but just parroting what I've heard. 1 Quote
Udubalum07 Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago Jets are reminding me of the dolphins rebuild a few years back. The Dolphins wasted both money and draft picks. History tells us the Jets will do the same, but we will see. Quote

I'm an Ohio State fan and if the Jets were smart they would wait for Sayin. That kid is impressive. And if they really manage all those picks wisely they might be able to land the Buckeyes great WR Jeremiah Smith. They could swap their likely #1 pick this season for enough draft capital to enable them to get the first 2 picks in 2027. 1 Quote

If he doesn't like his draft options, Fernando Mendoza doesn't necessarily have to declare for the NFL this year. He has eligibility left to play college ball in 2026. Maybe if the Hoosiers get close but don't win the Championship, he will want to run it back. I'm sure he's getting paid regardless. 1 Quote
