We can assume that, among all the unsigned punters, Brad Robbins may have been the best one to get the Bills through training camp, the preseason, and Week 1, and then evaluate who is available after the cuts. There are so few NFL-caliber punters with in-game experience, and the Bills didn't want to waste a draft pick on a punter who might not make the team. Quote
