Greatest Quarterback never to start a Super Bowl #17

just saw this on Facebook referring to Josh. Nothing new to us, more validation how truly remarkable he is! Apologies up front if you can’t access link!

Ugh….it’s pretty sickening to have a great quarterback, one of the best to ever play the game, and not be able to at least reach the SB. It’s through no fault of his own, it’s this damn defense that constantly sucks and we have, supposedly, one of the defensive coach mind in the league. Yet somehow his defense keeps getting beat by an offensive minded head coach who apparently can coach a defense better as well as handle the offense. This is just sickening. I’m not sure what the next move should be, but should we have gotten rid of McDermott a while ago? He’s not a bad coach or a bad guy for that matter, but is this a similar situation to Tampa firing Dungy and hiring Chuckie to vault them into the SB?

I wanted the Bills to get Bill. Better HC and DC. But since I am not Terry Pegula it doesn't matter what I think.

Ben Johnson with Josh and Schwartz as our DC would've been a real nice combo.  But that ship has sailed 🛳.

IMO, all they need is Schwartz and I'm seeing Super Bowl. Right now, I'm doubtful.

This pretty much where I’m at. 
 

If the defense fails again this year I’ll be fully in the time to move on camp. If McDermott needs pro-bowl talent at every position for his scheme to work then the scheme doesn’t work. I see he’s already getting his ducks in a row, as far as excuses go, by saying we don’t have safeties. Whose fault is that? 
 

Fair or not, Beane and McDermott have the benefit of standing on Josh’s shoulders so the expectations for them have to be higher

Don't worry, guys. McDermott has some boilerplate, uninspiring locker room speeches queued up along with multiple studs in the secondary who are subpar players but know the system. Santa Clara, here we come.

In any positive segment, Get Up would rank Lamar ahead of Josh. Heck, Tannenbaum would probably put Herbert ahead of Josh.

Just Sickening!

We are in a cross between Marino and Elway territory.

Both QBs who carried their teams.

Elway rings more true to me but he did get his JAG teams to SBs.

I feel worse and worse for Josh by the season.

This team does not look like it’s Super Bowl caliber to me by a long shot and yet there we are as almost favorites….. because Josh Allen
