I don't when she said this but with the exception of the diseases not much changed, the natives who were in charge generally got there through violence.

Thought we were supposed to be unburdened by the past?

She really needs to make up her mind.

tell that to the dead and their families.

I've met some of them, during events honoring them.

Don't be stupid comparing what everybody who could did during those days with the people who were killed.

It's an ignorant position.

"some are more equal than others".  I read that somewhere.  and no, everybody that could get out of it didn't.  don't be stupid.  you know better.  If I remember correctly, John Kerry was there...So were many other that could have pulled strings but actually had a conscience.

i did.  it's patently false.  read some history.  check out the D vets in congress.  Kennedy actually was in combat.  your fearless leader dodged service with fictional bone spurs but he's forgiven that by you morons.

I’m taking about your average citizen. The majority of dems hate this country and the majority of rights love it. Which one would you expect to take up arms and defend it?

John Kerry?

Please.

The guy who brought a video camera with him to record his "service" for political reasons.

Absolute worst possible example.

If a person take care of their diabetes, there are no physical drawbacks.

first off, I don't know any average dems.  not sure who they would be.

the majority of d's hate maga and what it's doing to the country, me included.  vulgarity in everyday life is unacceptable.

what's the purpose of this form?

https://www.fmcsa.dot.gov/sites/fmcsa.dot.gov/files/2025-04/Insulin-Treated Diabetes Mellitus Assessment Form MCSA-5870_508.pdf.  one can "take care" of their diabetes and still be poorly controlled.

Why am I arguing medicine with a moron?

Didn’t you guys win the black vote this time? I saw those tea baggers in DC in the early 2000’s / most of which are now MAGA. More wheelchair bound than walking. If they said it was a convention for health problems I would have said the turnout was very healthy (unlike the people).

Not a Maga, and never have been, for the thousandth time.

Kerry did it for personal, political reasons.

John McCain was an Academy guy with a family history that included head of the Pacific Fleet.

Despised as an officer, but respected as a POW.

Not that that matters, but it is what it is.

The point is that anybody who had no other motive avoided it, and it was easy.
