Clowney was very good from 2016-2018. He put up extremely high TFL stats in those years (16, 21, 16) and was an all-pro in 2016. He had 9.5 sacks in 2023 for the Ravens too.

5.5 sacks, 4 Forced Fumbles, 9 TFL, 4 batted passes with a 64% snap count on an atrocious team isn't awful either. He was being paid $10M a year. I think he earned that.
