Another solid effort by the Pacers.  They are very much in the drivers seat now.

 

While I still think the Cavs choked as well against the Pacers, I mean the team won 64 games in the regular season......  Indiana is no doubt a very good team

For a split second, the Knicks had a chance to do the exact same thing the Pacers did in game 1......down 10 with two minutes to play and they cut the lead to 3 with possession and a chance to tie, and they could not convert.

 

Stick a fork in this series.....I don't think the Knicks will get swept, but getting swept is more likely than the Knicks coming back to win the series, IMO.

Loved watching KAT sitting on the bench in crunch time.  Can’t stand that guy.  
 

Brunson is such a special player.  Other than the Dream and Kobe, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a player with such advanced footlworl.  But that 2nd to last 3 he took for 29 feet out was just a stupid shot.  It’s like he thought the pacers were going to foul him and he rushed it

Agree on both accounts. I really despise KAT. The guy plays soft, and is always whining and flopping every time he is touched. Pacers also absolutely abused him on D.

The Pacers were up big at halftime and I just checked the score to see how much they won by.   And yeah my first reaction was F**k!

The home team won......and I do think it's over.

 

It's funny that the Pacers have won game 1 and 2, lost game 3, and won game 4 in all three series!

 

They won game 5 in the first two series as well.....will this trend continue??

Why did they even bother flying down to OKC if they were going to play like that?

 

I'm sure this is just what the NBA marketing department was hoping for.....the huge media markets of Indianapolis and Oklahoma City battling it out in the NBA Finals!

Yeah, but the Thunder’s success got Oklahomans to ante’ up a penny on the dollar to pay for a new arena. So it’s win win for their fans.

I don't disagree with you but I can say as someone who has completely tuned out the NBA since 2016 this Final Four has peaked my interest a bit and made me watch some of the games and I'm sure there are others out there who feel similar.  To me this is better for the NBA than the Superteams era.

Adding no name Hartenstein put OKC over the top. He’s why they didn’t miss a beat while Holmgren was out for half the season. The Thunder in a sense revived the long dismissed old school twin towers approach. That and a suffocating ‘D’ looks insurmountable to me.

great point. Crazy how good he has been for them.
