I don't know why but I think this is the year, weird strong feeling going on.

Overall, I try to temper my expectations. I'm always hopeful but I try not to let that morph into belief. That's where ya get hurt lol. 

 

However.... AFC Championship game... three minutes left... I really believed at that moment. I was like, man, what else can you ask for? Got a shot to take it down the field and at the least tie it but I couldn't shake the feeling of, "They're gonna do it, man. This is it. They're done taking crap from the Chefs! Here we go!" And....nope. 

 

Ugh. That one hurt. I was kickin' rocks for the next few days, just totally bummed. So yeah, there's always hope, I hope they win, I want them to win...once I kick over to belief tho, that's when they kick me square in the nards.

All I know is that the Patriots and the New York Jets have better head coaches and improved rosters. It's going to be tougher to win the AC East!

 

But then, the Chargers with Harbaugh, the Raiders with Pete Carroll and Denver with Sean Payton...the Chiefs might not even make it to win their division this year. Maybe not even make the playoffs if team start playing them like the Eagles did in the SB!

Anyone else worried about Josh? Apparently his new girl did some pretty explicit scenes in her new movie and then went on a flirt tour with the guy who played creed. Lots of chatter. One of my graduate students who is on love with allen was showing me. She was mad enough to fight! I know nothing about Hailee and she is not my concern, but it is obvious that Josh loves her and she is holding the cards. Clip after clip of fee bragging on her co star, touching his shoulder and she would barely mention Allen. 
 

josh is a strong guy, but those kind of things fester. He is the butt of every joke on x and tik tok apparently. Can u imagine whats going to be said between the whistles? She showed me some stuff that didnt set well. Sounds like she really enjoyed her grown up scenes im assuming they are still a couple and headed towards marriage, but my opinion of her has dropped. I just hate to see her tendencies affect his play on the field. He is a great dude, i feel he deserves to be treated right

More than any year before I am interested in the preseason.   We need a couple draft picks to hit.  We could really use one or more to be better than just good.  Any one of our 1st four picks end up having ROY type season it could really change our defense.

Isn't that all normal show biz stuff?  I mean, rare is it when actors promote a movie and not speak in glowing term about costars.  Sounds like nothing to me.

I didn't even know she was in a movie. But lexi showed me and i was shocked. So i did my own research praying it was a hoax and well………..im a little worried about how this may affect him. Psychology is my area and his body language and eye movements revealed a person who was highly stressed. 
 

nfl players are already making tongue in cheek posts. He has supported her but the saddest thing was seeing him having to watch it at the premiere and hailee sat with her co star…..it really bothers me because i can tell it bothers him and i know the possible team implications…..made me wonder if that is why Beane has been so on edge

I just saw her movie today. It was a really great, fun movie - she's an excellent actress.

 

I'd be way more worried about Josh if he didn't realize what he signed up for when he got engaged to someone in the acting profession.

Im a man for the record, and i pray you are right. Not a conspiracy theorist and i do not believe for one moment that she cheated, but the videos (and man they are plentiful) makes me believe that her behavior could lead to issues for our qb

My daughter is an actress.  I’ve had to watch her play a prostitutes several times and in one play lay down more F bombs in a 5 minute monologue than I do all year.  Hailee was doing her job.  And I’m sure Josh knows this.

As a parent of a college age daughter, i understand that would be tough to watch. I know Hailee was doing her job, but it was her decision to accept a role that would put her future husband in an uncomfortable situation.

How does it put him in an uncomfortable situation?

 

He knows he is marrying an ACTRESS.  They act.  It's what they do.  

 

Josh just doesn't strike me as someone who would be remotely insecure about that. I bet he loved the movie.  It's probably going to be the biggest movie of the year.

You keep insisting on something that is simply not the case.  You are making the assumption he is uncomfortable, while I can tell you from personal experience from watching my daughter and a number of her friends and colleagues that is not how that industry works.  You have specific coaching and direction for intimacy scenes, it is more clinical than anything , and at the end of the day you go back to your private life.  This is what actors do, and their significant others understand that.
