Navarrete of the 346th District Court. He received 10 years deferred adjudication on April 25, 2025. 🎥Mexican national Martin Duarte was CONVICTED of sexually abusing a child and sentenced to 10 years — which was unbelievably DEFERRED with community supervision! 🫨 👉An El Paso judge let this predator alien off the hook easy, but our ICE officers didn’t let him slip away. 📢We will continue to arrest predators, one by one, to protect our nation’s most vulnerable.

This person has lived here illegally from the day she illegally entered the U.S. She has been living under a stolen ID using someone else’s social security number to gain access to govt benefits and free school. Even college. She has just now decided after a lifetime of breaking the law and living off a victims SS number to NOW become legal. Why not before? Because she was getting a ***** load of govt benefits while paying the minimum into the system by being here illegally and her victim was the only one to pay a price. This help?
