The question is why at this point in time does the CIA want the public to know about their involvement? Is it a precursor to some abrupt change in direction? A CYA action to place blame on previous managers, or something else? Perhaps a peace deal without US involvement brokered by the Saudis between Putin and Zelensky thst both have had hi-level contact with MBS recently?
